Coldest day in years so, of course, my unit acts up. Colt's came out and not only immediately found the issue, but also found why I had the issue in the first place. Very professional and personable people. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. Highly recommend.

Simply put, Colt's Cooling charged me $89.95 for the labor to install a Defrost Board. Blaze Air tried to charge me $522 for the same labor. I cancelled my service contract with Blaze and will now be using Colt's.Service: HVAC system repair
