The assistant director Niki was very polite in communicating the lack of availability. I do get the impression that they are choosing which children to allow in so that they do not overwhelm the staff they have left. I was told there would be availability around this time months ago but there has still been no update without me having to follow up directly. If anyone comes across this review with information on a reputable quality daycare please email me

Review July 2023. Our child has attended school at this Childcare Network location for a year. When reading these reviews, consider that the director of this school changed this past Spring (2023). There were significant staffing issues in the early part of 2023 that were rectified essentially immediately with the start of the new director Tovia. This is a good, safe school with caring teachers that I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Update: A new director was brought in and within a week we noticed a significant improvement. The atmosphere is more positive, the director actually speaks to the parents, and the teachers seem to be happier. The assistant directors continue to be fabulous and it is so wonderful to see them smiling again. Classes have not been cancelled since the new director has arrived and a lot of new teachers have been hired. We are even starting to see improvements to the building such as adding lights on the outside to light the parking lot in the early mornings and evening time.As a parent of a child that is currently enrolled at Childcare Network, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Childcare is not what we were promised or what we pay for, it has proven to be unreliable. Going on 4 months now, 6 kids can be dropped off at 8 and the remaining have to wait till 9. The kids that arrive at 9 do not receive breakfast and potty training has stopped for the older toddlers. The last 3 weeks, it has been a guessing game on whether or not the kids would be able to attend at all. There are no alternative solutions being offered to the parents, such as changing the schedule so all could attend or a rotation schedule so other children can attend. I have asked several times for better communication from the main director and my interactions with her have left me shocked at the unprofessionalism being allowed to manage the school. It is to the point where I will only discuss issues with the two assistant directors as they answer questions knowledgeably and professionally. I’ve contacted corporate regarding the situation and matters have only gotten worse. Unfortunately, most daycares have a long waiting list and they know this so parents are stuck with unreliable care.

My children have really grown during their years at Childcare Network. They look forward to coming to school and seeing their friends and teachers.

My husband and I love Childcare Network, our son is 2 and started in August 2022. He wasn’t very vocal but after two months with the curriculum that they offer he has now verbal and communicating. The teachers have been so patient with him and have shown him support with his potty training. We are loving our experience at Childcare Network I 100% recommend.

Convenient place if you’re a busy parent BUT,You get what you pay for , you pay nothing , and while it’s located in Lewisville, you may be treated unprofessionally , in a mean way once a spark is close ,I had that situation with the director there Turkessha Steele ,I was late that day coming from at my doctors appointment , they refused to give my kid to his uncleSo she called me and said “if you don’t come now I’ll call the DSS for you”I tried to explain her that I’ll be there in 20 minutes, she said that’s an extra service you didn’t sign up forIn the call I was trying to talk she kept interrupting me in an weird unexpected way from a institutional person who represent not only her self but also the childcare placeI tried to say can I please talk , she didn’t allow me ,With this lack of basic communication skills , I had to rush to pick up my kid from someone who said that she will call the DSS when I got 20 minutes lateWe put our children there to be in a peaceful environment to begin with ,If the director acts like this offensive way , what kind of peaceful environment can she create there !

Excellent preschool. I enjoyed my time here. It was fun. One thing I wish that y'all had addressed when I was there 11 years ago was the bullying problem. Kids were picking on kids and being mean to each other which is something that if you don't fix or address the issue while they are young they might continue to bully and may not think anything about it even after they start elementary school. Bullying was way worse for my sister when she was here 2 years after I was. It was extreme and no one addressed it. I liked the staff though.

We bounced around daycares in the area over five years. This was by far the best. Teachers stuck to their lesson plans and made a point to educate their students to prepare them for kindergarten. Many daycares tend to be glorified baby-sitters. This school cares for your child and focuses on education. I highly recommend this school for your children.

My daughter attends Childcare Network and we just love it. Her teachers in the baby and toddler room have been so caring and wonderful. They treat her like she’s their own. The staff is friendly and caring and they do a wonderful job at reaching out and communicating with me. My daughter is happy every day to come to school and speaks of her teachers often. I cannot say enough good things about this day care! I am so happy with them I could just cry!

We took both of our children to this daycare and had a wonderful experience with both! We currently have our younger child in the infant classroom, and all of the teachers (Ms. Sharon, Ms. Jasmine, Miss Kenleigh, Ms. Kimberly) are awesome! They bond well with the children, communicate well with the parents, and genuinely care for the kids. The leadership team is great as well; any free moment they get they are in the rooms with the kids. I’m so glad we were able to take both of our children to this daycare!

We’ve been going for over a year now (since baby was 8 weeks old) and I’ve never worried about him while I was working. Miss Jasmine, Miss Sharon, Miss Kenleigh and the other baby teachers are absolutely amazing!! They treat the babies like their own and totally put you at ease! They take time to speak with you at drop off and pick up, and it’s great to be able to see what they do throughout the day in the app.

My 3 yo loves her teachers. They help us to reinforce skills we are working on at home. When she completes them she tells me her teachers will be proud of her.

My 2 year old has great teachers and staff that work with him through learning and play. They are open with communication, and work with parents with anything they may need too.
