When someone is on the road, needing a New tire, gets Towed in, and all they can do (at 3pm) is just change a tire, "not recommending they travel 250 miles" (when returning Home would be more than continuing their journey) : when all the people in the service department can do nothing else because it is so late: when this location closes, it's because of crappy service like this. This, is from the relative long awaiting a visit after 16 years. I am dismayed And Appalled that no one (I would have called the Store Manager) could do more for a Senior Couple from Tennessee than send them on their way. They had the money for a tire. Just downright horrible 'lack of service'. I work for an International corporation, and rest assured, this incident will go through out the corporation.

Management is amazing they will help you if they can. The front end (check out's) are short handed and stuff happens but the cashiers are really friendly and do as much possible to help you to there extent. Highly recommend and remember press 5 stars on the self checkout screens after you pay.

Fair heads up to why this store is ran so poorly. You have the majority of management in cahoots with each other from top down. There are no checks and balances here just favoritism all around. Most managers will be sitting around doing nothing the majority of the time or taking incredible long smoke breaks outside. The sooner someone from corporate comes in and fires this stores management the better.

One star is way too generous for this store. Terrible is an understatement. As a Walmart employee, this store is an absolute disgrace. The employees here were some of the most incompetent people I've ever met in my entire life. The store? An absolute mess. The shelves? Empty. The employees brains? Empty.

I've had only one problem, so far, with WM Customer Service. I purchased a mattress cover + other things. Unloaded when I got home & threw away receipt. Next day I washed mattress cover($50.) and it fell apart so I returned item to exchange (I made sure there was another on the shelf, everything the same) but since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't exchange or refund to repurchase same item. The CS person wasn't very pleasant and wouldn't work with me. She said WM didn't carry that item. I went back to the mattress covers, brought identical item back to show them and was told no receipt-no help. Lesson learned: do not throw away receipt until u have laundered product!! PS: Pls train your customer service in politeness & diplomacy.

Assistant Manager and Customer Service couldn't figure out how to do my express return to Walmart.com. Rude attitude and language made the whole experience intolerable. Thanks no thanks to Jason and Bri for our ridiculous lack of respect and help yesterday. How about some training for your employees about how to treat people respectfully??? 40 minutes later abc I left with my return in hand. Too difficult for them to just call the 800 number and make the necessary corrections. Jason even said that will take a long time. Guess he didn't care since it wasn't his return.

Shelves not kept stocked. Self checks are nightmares. Older male cashier rudest cashier I've ever seen!

If I could give no stars I would. Only went today to buy groceries because I needed a phone. Needed college ruled notebook paper and they did not have any. How do they not have notebook paper? Then went to the bathroom. They had 3 sinks. The only one that had water was the faucet in the middle. Is their money so tight they cannot afford to have enough running water any more? They do not have enough product on the shelves anymore for me to buy everything I need so I have to go somewhere else. I am sick and tired of it. You don't see that at other grocery stores. I am going somewhere else.

Never ever enough registers open in this store. I've called the manager with my cellphone from a check-out line to ask, if there was anyway possible to open more registers, each line was backed up 20 to 30 people deep, she opened 1 additional register. I moved my prescriptions to CVS, this Pharmacy is always backed up with lines and delays in getting anything done for the customers. Garden center is NEVER ever stocked, it's been basically empty since Spring. People double park in the Handicap parking spaces and people park all along the Entrances going in and out of the store. I think the Management in this store doesn't care about this store, and should be fired!

I hate this Walmart. The lines are long, the staff is rude and the prices are way higher than stores located right beside the shopping center. I've totally boycotted Walmart and I've saved so much money since!

Usual WalMart fare. Biggest complaint is long wait time at checkout where only a fraction i f the registers are staffed.

I stood in one of 2 lines the Saturday night before Easter to buy nothing more than a snack while they changed out the money in the register. They couldn't fill up a drawer before bringing it out and switch it out, they had to bring the money in a money bag, take all the money out of the drawer and put it in a bag, then pull out and separate all the money from another bag. This took 10 minutes... meanwhile the lines continued to get longer and longer. 2 registers open on a Saturday night.. The only good reason to set foot in this store is their extremely low priced allergy medicine. Be prepared to wait in long lines and be harassed on your way out the door so they can be sure you're not stealing from them. I'm very dissatisfied with Walmart as a whole, but this location consistently provides the worst experiences I've had in a Walmart.

This Walmart location in Lenoir seemed to be the best place to do your grocery shopping on a Saturday as almost the entire town was here. We had gone to "downtown" Lenoir earlier in the day to get something to eat, and it seemed like a ghost town. Turns out everyone was just at Walmart. Walmarts are most always busy, but this one seemed extremely so. They had a pretty good selection, and their isles were huge! The employees were normal Walmart employees, nothing out of the ordinary. Mostly just the place to go if you are a local or in town to pick up groceries and other miscelanous items.
