Poor and slow customer service

The pharmacy drive thru allows people to drop off their prescriptions and sit there waiting for them. It has taken over 30 minutes for one car to leave the window. Drop off your new prescriptions and come back later.

I appreciate the similarities of Walgreens even if it is across the country, you can still find things in the general same location.

It's always a wait and a long checkout line if your in the store pharmacy or out side at drive thru and it don't matter how soon your Dr types in your rx to be filled you still myswell give yourself Abt 2 hrs n half. Or longer .I'm also surprised that phone they slam down when you give your name I'm shocked they don't replace that thing weekly and since last April I no of many days there's been no pharmacy or pharmacist to help you at the Lenoir Walgreens. It says temp closed then you call the store it's open and they'll say oh they don't have a pharmacist try back after 3 pm there tryin to get one from another store I do understand staff is over workerex and underpaid. But Walgreens is making billions of dollars there's no excuse why they can't give there pharmacist and staff days off and have fill INS for them to f they have sickness or emergencies deaths etc so I can't just blame staff when ever Walgreens there is and CVS too is having to close temp to find a pharmacist n staff ⚕️ that's Walgreens fault and I've seen lately CVS has had to close down ? too because staff n pharmacist has walked out can't blame them. But ya no we're just people whom have been with Walgreen for 10 yr orMore and it's a hassle to switch so we're just showing up asking if our meds are ready .we don't mean to come to soon or make you mad we sometimes don't understand why Walgreens is so slow n rude . We're just people whom have to take meds I'm sorry on my behalf that Walgreens chains you all work for don't care anymore Abt there employees or the patients needing your help with things that they care more Abt the money than they do to give you all paid days and vacations off sick days sickness in family. Emergencies holidays deaths. Marriages. Etc etc id be ill too i just id like to say even when ur aggravated and rude I do try to see your view of not enuff staff and or you truly needed a day or two off u gave plenty of notice or u have a sudden emergency wreck snow ❄️ etc they should keep back up for you all as staff ⚕️ and especially pharmacist so ? for you all I no I've waited in line both of them in and out and I no you all have to be so tired when you finally do get a break so i hope my review goes to the highest level of Walgreens chains and they see they need to spend sum of that billionaire money they make ever day and need to save tired. Look how they work you all so I thank each of you paid daysn days off smdh emergency days for all emploYes ✋? prayers ? for you all.

Every time I have shop here it's always been a very pleasant experience from the pharmacists to the associates, keep up the good work.

Pharmacy always has a long wait, even when they text you that your prescription is ready. The store is always stocked well but usually a wait at checkout.

I am so tired of people being so rude! Called to try and find a prescription for my sick kid that my pharmacy did not have in stock… the lady that answered the phone was very sarcastic and rude. They had the medicine I needed but I decided against using them to fill the prescription needed because of her attitude. There are other pharmacies around that are worth the extra drive for a better customer service experience!

Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst ever, not just this one, their whole pharmacy system. They keep contacting my physician to refill one of my prescriptions that clearly states NO REFILL. Because of this, I have went online and turned off the auto refill option but it has not stopped. I went into the pharmacy and asked them to turn off auto refill over three weeks ago and that has not helped either. I contacted Walgreens Customer Care to complain and a day later I’m still getting emails about prescriptions that they are processing without being asked to. Early this morning I got an email telling me they are processing my prescription. Just after noon I get an email telling me it’s ready for pick up. I go inside the Walgreens to the pharmacy and the pharmacy tech tells me it’ll be 20-30 minutes. I told him I just got an email telling me it’s ready to which he replied, well, it’s not. The Walgreens in Hudson is no better. It’s too bad Rite Aid shut down in this area, as I had no issues with them.

After surgery pharmacy did not fill a doctor's order. They are not a hospital. A doctor with knowledge of the injury scripted meds to counter pain. They refused. Needed meds, not attitude.

Again, this store has failed us. My daughter went to pick up her antibiotics after she received a text that it was ready. (mind you, hours after it was sent in) she went back to town to get it and it was not ready. This was nearly at closing time so they told her to come back in the morning. It was a simple antibiotic for ear/sinus infection and they could not even get this filled. We will be changing pharmacies.

Great staff! Gary was able to help me find exactly what I needed. And the Terry the older gentleman was very kind and polite at the register. Coming back again!

Absolutely the worst experiences here at Lenoir pharmacy. Customer service is practically nonexistent 10% percent of the time. AND don't even try to call, if they're busy they don't give you the option to hold, they'll just hang up on you to keep the phone from ringing back to let them know someone is holding. So frustrating and ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and deal with a little extra inconvenience and drive over by the hospital or even Hudson. The inconvenience is worth it to avoid the hassle and ineptitude of this location.

I think its very rude when 2 employees see you looking for something then make sure to say they have the item held behind the counter. She told the other employee she was holding it for someone who called the day before. At least wait until I'm out of earshot. They didn't seem to be getting any work done either. They may need something besides gossip to work on!

I have been prescribed the same medication for over 7+ years and I go the same day to pick my medicine up like clockwork, but since I switched to Walgreens it has been nothing but problems every time I go to pick up my medicine. Either the pharmacist says I’m their too early *which I never am I always get them two days early* or even one time the pharmacist said they are out of my medicine which I know they are lying, it’s always endless excuses and problems. I will never go back to this pharmacy. I guess I will be making the long trip up to Publix in boone. Such a sorry company.

These people are AWFUL. Every time we have dealt with them, they have been incredibly slow. My husband had a surgery and had follow up meds which had been called in 5 hours earlier. They still made me wait 45 minutes to pick up the prescriptions. They did the same thing to us again a couple weeks later, plus shorted us 12 pills. Luckily we counted them before we left. Last week when we needed more medication, we asked that it be called in to CVS and the difference is night and day. We won't be going back to Walgreens. Also, a couple of these people need an attitude check.
