I’ve been with spectrum for the last 9 years always having issues even when i bought a gaming router! I went to Facebook complaining about it my good friend Tiffany Hundley commented telling me all about what Verizon offers and she has the same plan never having issues and it came with a free Nintendo switch! That same day I went and switched my WiFi! Thank you so much Tiffany!!! And while I was there I saw another man helping this elderly man to use his new iPhone Awee it was so wholesome ❤️

Went to this store to get a phone and the guy signed me up for multiple things without asking, raising the price on my plan and making several changes that I've had a nightmare of a time getting verizon to change back. You should be able to trust the employee to activate a phone without them using access to your account to tack on a bunch of things without once asking your permission.

I recently went to this store and Lenoir and by the way it's not owned by Verizon with the company itself they just use the name, would you believe it they charged me $26 for cord you can get the same thing I Walmart for what a rip-off back home that's what we call taking advantage of only because they're not accompany store to begin with and they can charge whatever they want to and get away with it if you're looking to save money I suggest that's not the place you go only because you'll be wasting your money and that's a commodity right now

He was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was having trouble transferring my service from another carrier and having problem after problem. He had a solution for everything and a kind, polite demeanor. I'm very glad I stopped there.
