The most horrible experience of my 20+ years as a Verizon (Military+ combat vet)! I wanted to set up autopay, and get the $30 discount. The chubby-bespectaled agent looked with concern, and fiddled with my phone for at least fifteen minutes, then handed it back to me stating that it was a security issue that prevented Verizon agents from doing anything with billing. WHAT, you fiddle around in my phone for fifteen minutes and then say something like "everyone knows that." No! I will not talk to people in tomorrow's time zone for any of that!!!!!!!!!

Poor service. If you need help they are unenthusiastic. If you are buying a new phone you might get some actual customer service. Their plans are also higher than any provider in our area.

Want to check out some cellphones? Well don't go here because they don't have phones on display. The big guy working on 5/14/23 at 4:43pm also doesn't want to be bothered. He could barely get his voice over a whisper to greet me and then when I told him I wanted to look at phones he said "we don't have any on display". So I just walked out and let him continue watching whatever he was on his screen.

I Went in Saturday honestly had the worst customer service experience, was really trying to be patient, bc I have worked in Customer service but the guy never let us know that there was a charge for transforming information and on top of that he wanted us to do the transfers at home, and still charge us. He would just be daydreaming, falling asleep, etc .So I came to the one in Boone and briar did such a amazing job she helped us with our exchange in really satisfied with her customer service.

Went for switch device on a prepaid service, but ended up with suspended service for 4 days.. finally went back to store and sat for 20min and left with no service, but did leave with a # that didn't work. So went online and talk to someone online and figured out what happen and why my service was suspended. It was bc the phone I was trying to switch to was a contract phone and not paid off the acct, so it froze my sim card. Eventually I got a new card and got my phone back on. The two employees that were supposed to help me did not. Don't remember there names.

Great people and very kind! Ended up getting a new phone today and the gentlemen who helped me do it was absolutely fantastic!!! The process was easy but a little time consuming. But as to be expected when transferring data from one device to another. The whole time he was super friendly and kept a conversation going while we were waiting for everything to finish up. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thanks again Teddy!!

I walked into Verizon wireless. Bailey asked if she could help me. I told her I was using another carrier for my service (Visible) and I wanted to switch to Verizon. Bailey was so very helpful. She asked me what kind of service I wanted I told her 5 gigabytes and I was bringing my own phone and wanted to keep my number. She was incredibly helpful. She spent over an hour trying to get my service switched from my old carrier to Verizon. Bailey is a amazing representative for Verizon. In the future if I have any problems. I will make it a point to go in and have her help me. Thank you Bailey you made my Day

I've been with Verizon since the beginning and have 4 phones on my account. But after the other day I may switch next time around. A simple problem is why I stopped by and the lady acted as if I bothered her with a question. So I went on line and fixed the problem myself. If you pay $$$ for a phone you should expect better customer service.
