Love getting my car washed daily! The staff work hard and are friendly, like family! I use the 4X package which provides a nice car shine. Driving at night during bug season makes it difficult to keep my car clean. Tidal Wave staff do their best at giving attention to these buggy areas. However, the reason I give Tidal Wave a 3 star is due to the dirty towels that are supposed to be clean ones. The towel carts are usually dirty, so when picking up a towel to use, I shake them first to remove debris. Washing the garbage cans wouldn't hurt either because they stink!

We relocated to Lenoir, NC from Cleveland, TN a little over one year ago. We had been members of a car wash in TN so we immediately joined Tidal Wave on arrival. Tidal Wave is head and shoulders above any car wash we have ever experienced. This is largely due to Adam Hicks, the manager of this facility. He is one of the best managers I have ever seen. He leads by example and is an excellent role model for his employees. He does not just sit in the office but is out there in the trenches every day. He works every bit as hard as they do and, as a result, has intense loyalty from every one of them. I am retired, but I told Adam if I ever had to return to the work force I would be blessed to have a manager of his caliber. I have worked in many locations throughout my career, and Adam is by far one of the best managers that I have ever seen. Adam is the sole reason that the Lenoir location of Tidal Wave enjoys the level of success that it does. He also is extremely diligent in keeping the mechanics of the wash in excellent condition. Everything always works well and the level and quality of each wash are consistent with one another. Tidal Wave is extremely lucky to have Adam as a manager at this facility.

I have been very disappointed and dissatisfied with the Lenoir NC location. I have been through the wash at least once a week for the past month or so paying full price because I do not need or want a membership at this time. Paying 22 dollars at each visit and my truck is still dirty with bird shit and bug guts. The boys who wash with a long brush DO NOT even wash over my hood, again the bird and bug guts are still on my truck. Very very dissatisfied customer!

Today you get 1 star!!! I wasn't going to give you any stars, but I could not do that and submit my complaint! I've been using your car wash for quite sometime now, but today your system has failed, you are going downhill quickly. I pay 50.00 a month! I expect better service than what I received today!!!! Soap left all over the back of my car, the shamy failed to drop down once again. One side of your tire shine didn't work on one side again. The vacuums are definitely not working as well as they should, if at all. So you need to get maintenance to do some serious repairs!

The place itself is fine it’s the customer service I take issue with. I’ve had 2 issues here and I won’t be back after this last one. On my first visit my car came out with soap all over it. I circled around and they sprayed it off but I missed some of the features of their top wash I paid for. Don’t know how or what happened and they were just very dismissive of the whole thing but ok fine whatever. Then on the evening of 8/16, I purchased a car wash and was told to come back to cancel trial so I could get it cheaper that day. I went back to cancel first thing in morning on 9/16, which is when I was told to cancel. I was delayed in coming back from out of state funeral or I would have come back sooner. I didn’t use nor want any monthly sub and wasn’t informed that they would charge almost triple the amount I paid. My account now shows a pending charge from them on 9/17. Called the number on cancellation receipt which was huge waste of time. I clearly cancelled and have receipt of this and still they trying to charge me instead of providing actual customer service. They are kind of sneaky and manipulative so beware. I like Caliber much better.

Tidal Wave car wash in lenoir is the only car wash I will go too! Very sweet and caring workers! And just for a basic wash which is all I need is only $12!! Keep up the good work guys!
