They changed management and sent notification rent was going up after it had already increased once before in a years time.Now I get a notification they want proof of insurance for fire, burglary and vandalisam and if I don't show proof they are going to add it, yet I've signed noth agreeing to it.Terrible customer service with someone who couldn't even pronounce SteelSafe properly and then couldn't figure out how to transfer me to a supervisor.I'll be finding a different facility... Cheaper is not always better..Now, I am supposed to wait and hope someone/a supervisor calls me back..Just for the record, there are screws and nails all over the property parking lot and my container was full of sawdust screws and other trash when I rented it..I also received a notice saying they had different hours, but my facility has a broken gate and his open 24/7 to anyone..

I spoke with Kimberly today and she helped me set up my autopay and shared with me other important customer information . I really appreciate her patience with me and her level of customer service! My only recommendation and this has nothing to do with Kimberly , is that going forward on company changes of any type that all changes are included on the letters and emails. I wasn’t aware that I needed to redo my autopay with the new company ,so I’m glad I called in with other questions that I had. I appreciate your company and the service you have given !! BEWARE: It’s funny. I’ve had this unit since I think 2020 or 2021. These people constantly go up on rent. I started out paying 109 a month for my 8x40 unit. Every time they change management, they increase rent. My rent just went up $20 — $149 2 months ago, and now I’m receiving another email stating it’s now going to be $171 in December. The people on the phone are lying to try to keep me from canceling, stating they are going to honor my $149 rent fee for the next 6 months but won’t send me anything in writing. The doors are overly hard to open and have been for years. Then they expect you to clean the unit out for them in order to cancel your rental. I’m not going above and beyond for a company that doesn’t go above and beyond for its tenured tenants. This place and their management is a joke.

The doors are absolutely ridiculous and very hard to open for smaller women. The size is great but the prices just went up and the security went down.

Affordable! Out of state. You pay and they give you the combination to the lock. All done by phone and email. Very secure with cameras

Worst storage ever!! No security. Management is not around here. Your things could be taken and the soon as you will find out is when you show up and don't have anything left. And management was even worst!!
