Zero stars for the rude service! The pair of sketchers size 10 , that I tried on were on sale for 39.99 . I decided the same exact shoe was better in a 9 1/2. The same shoe in 9 and a half was 65.00 when was rung up on the register!! The manager snuck the cheaper ones elsewhere and tried to convince me that I tried on a different style that wasn'teven there anymore. They should have honored the shoes at the sale price that was on the same shoe. BUT they didn't care at all that they made no sale for me or my boyfriend today.

I want to shout out Martin and the other employees at this Shoe Show location for their great customer service and for being employees with integrity.I did an exchange of one pair of shoes and ended up getting 2 cheaper pairs AND some cash back, from the exchange. Somewhere between walking away from the counter and getting in my car, some of the contents of my wallet fell out, including cash and receipts (including the cash and receipt I had JUST gotten back from the exchange). I didn't realize it until I was nearly 10 minutes down the road. Then I received a phone call from Martin and he said one of his employees found my receipt and some cash along with it. In todays world I'm sure many people would have just pocketed the money and kept quiet, but I'm so thankful that there are good people like Martin who do the right thing!

I usually love to shop here since it is the only shoe store in Lenoir. When I went to go check out, the cashier checked the sizes of the shoes and proceeded to ask me what size I needed. I said the size that was on the box, the size I assumed was in there. She walked off as if she went to find the correct size, came back and sold me the size that was in the box, a size too big. So thank you for a waste of $65 on shoes Danielle.

The store itself is great. I love going there but that lady manager they have they need to train her better you shouldn't have favorites in a place of work I failed a formal complaint and nothing was done I'm beginning to wonder? Thank you. God bless you all.

They close whenever they like. They are not professional! I walked in at 8:27pm and the lady said oh we are closed. I said well it says 9:00 pm is the closing time she stated oh well we decided to close early! By the way she was counting a large amount of money (cash) with a register on the counter with the doors open! Very safe huh?

No exchanges for merchand1@ise that didn't leave the check out table let alone leave the store and needed special approval from managers? The sales associate knew I was in a hurry when my husband walked in the door and said baby I'm late come on. I don't understand why she chose to make things so difficult but when the other girl finally came up she actually went and helped another person first. By that time I expressed that I won't come back to that store again. And I have three teenage daughter's that gift wish lists are always Nike and Vanns. I just bought 2 pairs for my daughter's 14th bday!
