Love to shop at this store the assistants are very professional and helpful. Last week I bought some paint and when I realized it was lighter than I thought it would be the young lady helped me twice to get it to the right shade. thank you for your patience and knowledge of your product.

Came in today upset with the big box store in town. (Im a contractor that spends $40k per year with them).. they had flooring About a $1.00 per square foot different than thier own website. I carry mixed paint to checkout...rings up $15 more than advertised. They wouldn't make it right- so I left it on the counter and left!
I walk into my local Sherwin Williams..
Employee is extremely genuine and very helpful. Very thorough, helped me with every question I had and I walked out completely confident.
In all honesty. I wasn't very happy when I hit the door. This guy turned my day around! nice to have your business appreciated.

This is the obvious place to purchase quality paint, employees are very knowledgeable and attentive for all your needs if it's painful you're looking for I suggest that is the best place you can go

I have always had great experiences at Sherwin Williams stores. This particular one was either having a really bad day, or is not up to par with the others. Was shopping for cabinet stains for our custom cabinets and was hoping to get some color "fans". In a very unconcerned manner, was told they didn't have them. Things happen. Stock on supplies run out. I get it. Waited for the follow up, like we can probably have you some in a few days. Silence. Then asked about some of the more popular exterior paint colors. The only reply was, "we don't have opinions". Disappointing to say the least.

Excellent service and prices. Worked with Alicia today at check-out and she was phenomenal. When I called in Jennifer helps me and she was also phenomenal. They were able to mix the color of a Valspar paint swatch color that I had found in Lowes.We will definitely be back and share with our friends and family about the Excellence of service with this particular store.
