I have an 02 F250 the transmission needed rebuilding I'm from over an hour away . Richard did a great job on our truck I needed it back by the 24th of October and he delivered. I pulled a 42 ft fifth wheel to Pigeon Forge Tennessee and the truck did great . It pulled very good coming home as well . I will recommend Richard to anyone needing a transmission rebuild.

It took 5 months, I was told "I'm just too bummed to do the work",the absolute worst experience, and worse customer service. After a rebuild, my van is still broke down and am told it's the shifting cable, and there isn't a cable available...just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Rebuild transmission pump burn up Due to poor rebuild went back to get the pump replaced was supposed to be covered under warranty was charged 250 for the pump straps are missing and Reese hitch is missing also.

Terrible. Just terrible left parts out of my transmission and burnt the pump up. Terrible. Stay away.

These guys are terrible. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck wrong twice. They left parts out the last time. The pump was burned up, because of the missing parts. You cannot make up how bad they are. They had no idea what do to effective rebuild the transmission in my truck. Terrible.
