I wouldn’t go back to them in a million years. I just had my oil changed there and it’s only been two weeks and now my car shows no oil in it.

This place is amazing! While visiting my sister we were driving in her car when her check engine light, battery light and temperature gage lights all came on and she lost her power steering, thankfully we were able to pull over right into their parking lot the gentleman came out and checked the car out told us the power steering belt broke. Offered to fix on the spot and even had one of his employees take us home!!!! Called us when it was finished and did not over charge!!!! Very Friendly!!!! This definitely was a God thing!

Do not trust this mechanic it took them three months to repair transmission. First one they put in was defective and didn’t work. It took him eight weeks to finally do a second one and that one too has issues they took the money wouldn’t return any calls wouldn’t do the work in a reasonable amount of time and was rude and nasty. Every time I called to inquire on the status do not use this company. They are not reputable. They will screw you over After paying the money upfront and they came up with an additional funds that they wanted so do not trust this mechanic they are not reliable they are not friendly and they will not do the work properly. Check them out. They’ve been sued multiple times do not trust your vehicle to these people .

If a one out of five star rating had a zero I would definitely hit the zero button this place was asked to call before they even touched my vehicle and they did not call they did a power steering flush for 114 and did not fix my problem stay away from these people they had two chances and they failed they are not good no good at all The very crooked and definitely rude have a nice day and do not choose these people

A good, honest, reasonably priced mechanic- which is hard to find, as a woman. This is the only mechanic I will go to for work on my vehicles.

I was driving up to Blowing Rock Country Club from Charlotte for work when I got a flat tire from a nail 8 miles from my destination. I called 911 hoping for quick assistance so I wouldn't be late. A State Trooper stopped to assist within 10 minutes of my call. Then an employee for RDH was driving by and saw the situation, stopped and changed my tire in under 5 minutes. I cannot tell you how thankful and blessed I felt on 8/13, a "Friday" at that. Thank you so much for lending a hand, it is the kind of hospitality that I always feel when I am in that part of the state. #BlessedThatDay

If you want to wait a lifetime and then not get contacted back after calling everyday. Had my car for 3 months never called and only did work they said was wrong to later tell me the motor was shot. 3 months waiting for estimate for replacing motor and they have yet to call. Had to buy another vehicle as uber to work was 48.00 each way. New car was bought from a dealership and they said RDH was who they used well after a month with it trying to get it fixed. I still have not recieved a call about a part for new car. Dont know why they act this way. I gave them a great review first time I used them. But since I gave gotten nothing but lies and still need to get heater fixed in car I bought. VERY DISAPPOINTED...Service: Engine repair
