Jake did amazing job on my vehicle. We did the deluxe package and add a claybar service and it came out showroom ready for a 6 yr old vehicle! They were meticulous in every crevice of the vehicles. I would definitely recommend using them again and best part they can come to you! Thanks again Jake!

I have been doing business with Pike's Wash for several years now and I have always had an excellent experience. Jake has detailed cars I was going to sell and I believe that the job Jake did increased the value of the cars I was selling. He is really good at shampooing seats to remove stains and get them looking like new again. The exterior of the car is Jakes specialty and I always leave with my car looking brand new. Jake is phenomenal at what he does. He goes out of the way to please customers. I’ve had to cancel last minute and he came to me when it was convenient for me. He does excellent in and out detail. Jake is a personable professional who obviously enjoys his work and meeting his customers. Professional on the job as well as on the phone when I made the appointment. Called when he was en route and was punctual (even with one lane closed on Hickory Blvd). The car (which is mainly used to carry dogs in) was well taken care of and very clean. He provided me with care advice and product knowledge to allow me to take better care of my vehicles. Having just had another care detailed in Virginia, I can attest to his reasonable rates having been at the house for nearly 7 hours! Set an appointment with Jake for paint correction, etc. Traded for a new car. I called to update him and confirm, the “new car package” A wash, light compound and polish is what he recommended. He said rain or shine since we have a car bay where I live. He never showed up, or called to reschedule. Needless to say, this guy is not reliable or professional with his service.

After my poor Toby got sick riding to the Mtns last week and taking Kilo to Caleb Turner and Haley Williams my car was a mess! I searched Google For the best detail shop and ran across Pikes Wash and wow did they do an awesome job! My Jeep is brand new again!! The guys at Pike's are the real deal!! I have used these wonderful guys twice once to clean my car for lift and under and it was excellent and then to restore the headlights and that's when I said I would always take my car's too them they told me they might not be able to make it perfect and when I got my car back I thought the headlights looked great but since it wasnt perfect he didn't charge me anything and I tried to at least give him a tip and he wouldn't even take that
