Drove from Banner Elk to outfit my 4000 sqft restaurant. When I arrived in the middle of the week during their reported business hours, no one was here. The owner was in Charlotte and no one else was available to assist. I had the choice of driving to Johnson City or Lenoir, Never Again!!!
