We started out renting 4 units from Cardinal, while we were in the process of moving. We just recently cleaned out our last unit, which we've had almost 4 years. We never had any issues. Any questions were always answered quickly. The staff has always been friendly and easy to talk and work with. The location is well secured, and easy to get it and out of. We would highly recommend Cardinal State Storage.

I had a great relationship with Cardinal Storage. The grounds are well maintained; no trash, grass trimmed, etc. The units are clean and dry and didn't leak. I even had the option of a bigger or smaller unit if the size I requested was insufficient.
The staff is the best part though. Everyone that I dealt with was great. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. (I made multiple phone calls because I ask too many questions. Lol.) They were open and upfront with the rules and expectations. There weren't any hidden clauses or surprises. The only reason I left Cardinal Storage is because I moved out of North Carolina.
If anyone needs a storage unit in Caldwell County, I 100% recommend them.

We have used Cardinal Storage twice in the last 3 years. It is easy to rent a unit and just as simple to end your lease. The staff has always been very helpful to us.

Noone was at the office when we arrived. I called the number and Alex answered and was able to quickly set us up with a storage unit to fit our needs. He was professional, courteous, and the use of the facility was easy and convenient!
