I took my car in to get the fuel door fixed.
40 minutes before closing on the day I dropped my car off, I called to confirm it would be ready for pick up. This is when they decided to tell me my car would need to be kept for another day. It wasn’t until they called for my car to be picked up that they told me the added labor for an additional part would double the cost of what I was quoted.
With the lack of communication, keeping my car longer than what they told me, and the final price doubling without them letting me know was honestly not worth the $300+ that it cost me to replace a cable and pin. I do not recommend this business whatsoever.

Did a great job with repairs and on time after initial miscommunication delayed repair. Would recommend to anyone.

I agree with all the others, don't take your vechile here if you expect it back within a month or 6 weeks. The dates and reason will change. No communication if you don't call. Seem to use the same excuse, when necessary. Second time using them after, been given the running the first time. Thought this time would be different but worse. Don't like downing anyone's business but they don't seem to mind the service they provide. Opinion based on facts.

Dropped a truck off October 6th with an appointment set for November 15th. Made multiple calls to check on progress and was told each time that I called they had 1 in front of me. Picked up truck on January 3rd with no work done and ZERO communication from body shop without me calling. As a business owner myself, it’s sad to see other businesses operate like this.

Hoping to update to a better rating, things happen so perhaps I will have a better understanding of the challenges with my repair next week.The positive: Super friendly staff and conveniently located, always very courteous.The negative: Lack of communication, misses stated complete dates, very slow.Dropped off last week of July with a estimated turn around time of 7 days. Altho I stated I was not in a rush, it has been 7 weeks. I call every week as I receive absolutely no communication otherwise. The longer it's there the more it cost me in fees since I could not get it inspected before expiration. Have to have a van by middle of next week, so hoping the new stated complete date will be met.Services: Auto body & trim repair

They tell me at the beginning of the week my truck will be ready by Friday. On Friday they tell me I will get my truck back at the first of next week. Been going on for six weeks.

Needed front and back doors on my truck repaired. I wanted them to repair the current doors without having to buy new doors. They stated they would try their best depending upon the damage inside the doors. They not only repaired the existing doors they made them look like new. Their work is fantastic the cost is quite reasonable and they complete their work quickly.

These folks are fantastic. They repaired and removed the scratches and dent from my truck at a reasonable price and the service was fantastic. They are courteous and so easy to work with. Very accommodating and fair..
