Friendly, professional evening check-in staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. One night stay in small-ish room. Family gathering.Nearby activities: < 1/4 mile from major intersection of 321 & 18. Easy drive to restaurants, groceries, etc. No sidewalks.

Be careful with your incidental deposit. They never answer your call post your check out and the deposit will be in limbo. Till today I haven't got my incidental deposit. I have escalated to Hilton customer support.

Typical Hampton inn...nice they had coffee all the time...everything for breakfast was artificial...even the eggs..dont eat there...there is a place across the street where everything is home made...eat there...and for dinner go to tumbleweeds...

Disappointed in the stay in Lenoir; the prices were very high (fall colours I assume), but the room had multiple issues. Several combo usb/120v outlets whined so loudly I had to reach way behind cabinets to unplug the outlet itself so we could sleep…but then the air conditioner was so loud and rattling that sleep was fitful, especially with a baby. The sliding shower door kept opening of its own accord (not hung level), and the pool was cold as the heater was broken. I mentioned all of this to the front desk with no response other than “that is a lot of issues”. For nearly $250, this was a major disappointment. I typically stay in Hamptons and like the value, but not this time.On an upside, the breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly, and the room layout was quite nice .

I spent three days at this beautifully placed and well kept hotel. With the exception of one, let me go again: ONE clerk, no one else made eye contact , greeted me or ask me anything.From the check in experience where a self absorbed African American heavily produced lady ignored me while distilling and aura of maximum diva, (thanks for having the app and checking myself in), to the night folks, NO ONE, save one nice lady on an afternoon day ever said hi or by.Terrible customer service indeed.

Stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn in Lenior NC. The staff was awesome, very friendly. The gentleman named Brian that took care of the breakfast area on the weekend was GREAT! Anything that was needed he was right there to help out.

This has been the best hotel! I can't think of a better stay anywhere else. Everyone is super nice, everything is clean, smells great, shower is great and the man that keeps up the breakfast area (brian) is wonderful! So polite and happy. He everything going.By far the best hotel we've been to!Thank you!Rooms: The rooms are clean and comfortable! Showers are awesome.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great and Brian is a wonderful guy that enjoys his job. Nothing ran out or was left dirty at all.

Great hotel. Everything is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is better than your usual free hotel breakfast with good protein choices. And the dark roast coffee is exceptionally good! Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Front desk personnel were extremely rude and not willing to provide me an invoice/receipt for my stay. I booked through the Hampton Inn website, not a third party as they insisted. I wasted 30 minutes or more trying to get a receipt ant check out, and another 15 minutes checking in. I will never forget this experience and won’t ever stay at This Lenoir hotel. It ruined my day!Walkability: No restaurants in walking distance.

Extremely clean, updated rooms, courteous staff, nice gym, indoor pool, great location! We were just just there for a night but we loved it.

We originally had a room down the road a little. But unfortunately when we got there it reaked of cigarettes and mildew! Thank GOODNESS there were rooms left here. The staff was amazing. They had us a suite in less than 10 minutes. They even upgraded our room to a bigger one because we were traveling with our 2 dogs. The only thing was that we were originally told the $75 dog deposit was refundable but turns out it wasn't.
