Very pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and neatly organized. The pharmacist went above and beyond to get me the medicine that I needed as they were out of it, but she got it in the very next day. It is a nice small-town pharmacy. I recommend it.

5star everytime-these folks are wonderful and ask for the cash plan as it may be cheaper than ur copay as they saved me hundreds that way

The female pharmacists are disrespectful towards clients. Pharmacist treatments make you feel like a criminal and stupid. Not worthy of respect. I have no time for attitude. They are not doctors.

Went there to see if I could find some cream for my mom to put on her back and hip for her arthritis. The pharmacist said the one I bought would be fine but when I took it to her and we read the package it said use on hand and wrist not recommended for hips or back.We didn't open it so I could return it. Took it back with receipt they starred at it for a while then told me they couldn't take it back because the container was hot,.Come on its 81 degrees today ..money wasted

They have the meds I need and I enjoy driving up and visiting Lenoir at the same time. Helpful and courteous.

I love these people been going there for twenty-three years to get my perscription filled and no problems. Their so helpful respectful and right across from UNC Caldwell Memorial. Very convenient they also sale a variety of gifts that would be great to take to a patient or loved one that has been admitted to the hospital.

Absolutely horrible experience, gave them 2 days notice with all the insurance information, even called to verify before going up there to pick up my prescription just to make sure it was ready and there wouldn't be any problems. Well sure enough when I get there they say it's not ready because they don't have the insurance information, long story short had to resend it and wait 30 minutes after driving 45 minutes just to get there. I will never return to this pharmacy again and will be sure to tell others to do the same!

I think you need to rethink keeping Barb on your staff ,she is very rude and unprofessional.
