“I personally have had horrible experiences with doctors in Lenoir until we met Dr Jill Konkol when my husband was injured. She is smart, kind and caring &really listens &tries to help. Then my husband thought he pulled a muscle in his neck and went to express care & met Dr Guerra senior. Turned out he was diagnosed with a rare aggressive LCNEC Lung cancer. Dr Guerra immediately took action & had him set up appts with all the necessary specialists that same day before the cancer was even confirmed by the biopsy, he knew. However, everything was taken care of for us. All we had to do was show up to each appt. Dr Guerra, Dr Konkol & all the ladies in the practice really treated my husband like he was part of their own family. We were so shocked & scared yet they were all so helpful and comforting. Take note folks, they don't make doctors or even people like this group anymore. They are beyond exceptional here and at Cajah Medical Associates.”
