Truly thankful we chose Driven Pre-owned to purchase our car.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The lot is stocked with lots of great quality cars at fantastic pricing. Because of all the options available we ended up test driving quite a few before making a final decision.
Isaiah was the salesman we had the pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, encouraged us to take our time, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in.
Driven Pre-owned made the car buying process seamless and treated you like family.
We will certainly be back for any future vehicle purchases!

Terrible car lot. Bought a car from them back in November and was in and out within two hours, driving my new car home. Went back in July to buy back the car I traded in but was given the run around even though we had $12,000 to go towards the car. ISAIAH drug his feet for WEEKS to get the paperwork drawn up and would not respond to calls or text messages unless it was to say that they had been busy and he'd get to it eventually. THEN CALLS TODAY, 8/28/2024, to tell us he SOLD THE CAR out from under us. All he had to do was draw up paperwork for the remaining amount to be paid to the lot but he couldn't even do that. Imcompetent and time wasting. Will never recommend this car lot to anyone. Said the reasoning was that someone came to pay full asking price so it went to them after PROMISING that the car was ours because of sentimental value. We were also going to pay full price as well.

This is the best place to get a car in caldwell county, best service i've ever seen. They will help you with whatever questions you have.. I was with Isaiah Isaacs and he was amazing, down to earth, and will answer whatever questions you have.. Will definitely be back.

All the reviews on this place is awesome! I had been searching for a truck over a yr and decided to go with this place after tons of looking! I'm a stay at home to a non verbal non mobile child whom has numerous out of town appointments a mth . Hence why I searched so long and hard because I need reliable transport to get him back and forth reliably!! Well I purchased a truck 4 mths ago and at this point,I bought a $16,000 hunk of junk!!! Since getting it home it's been one thing after another!!! They had me take it to thier mechanic of choice (I still fit the bill) didn't help after a new rear sway bar and was referred by thier mechanic to take to another business. I took it to where they said and came to find out it needed new inner and outer tie rods then after those was installed and further inspection was told it was the front differentail was out !! Talked to the salesman again and was told it needed to go to another mechanic of thiers which it still sits for now !! The mechanic wherrle its at now told me something is wrong with the lift and it needs a new front sway bar amongst other thing !!I've payed for everything done to it so far ,I've had the truck for 4 months and literally besides going back and forth to mechanics I've gotten to drive it nowhere and it's still messed up !!! I was praying they would do the right thing and fix it make it right...or at least meet me halfway !!

Driven Pre-Owned Car Dealer in Lenoir, NC made our family an Awesome Deal on my new (used) car! Isaiah is a pleasure to work with! He has been very helpful & responsive. Normally would have found a car owner, instead of a dealership, but Driven has made this car buying experience Super Simple! Everyone at Driven made this a Joyful experience!!!

We had been looking for a very specific vehicle. We found three within 1000 miles of us one being here at this dealership which was a five hour drive from our home. We worked with Isaiah, who could not have been more pleasant. He did everything he could for us to make sure our experience was top-of-the-line best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I used to sell cars. The car was clean full of gas, he had a new Battery put in the car and one of the remotes before we arrived. Isaiah met us out on the lot when we pulled in. I don’t know how, but he knew who we were, even though we had never met. Isaiah made us feel right at home and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to all my friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful dealership went in looking for an Audi suv and ended up going home with an awesome 2016 Audi Q3 awd. Priced incredibly low for its mileage and age! Huge thanks to Isaiah over that the lot off 321 across from Lowe’s hardware he did an awesome job checking in on me with how the test drive went and addressed any questions I had about the car!!! Thanks yall. Definitely got a customer for life!!

Flew from Louisiana to purchase a truck from Driven. Isiah, Joe, and Mark made the process super easy. Found vehicle on a Tuesday evening, was driving home in it Thursday. They were not pushy and were super accommodating to my needs. Good people, easy transaction. Would buy from here again. They even picked me up from the airport an hour away.
