Absolutely terrible all around for internet. We ordered it in December were told that we’re on a priority list for installation and yet just last Wednesday is when they installed. This installation was to originally take place over 2 weeks ago, we were given a contact number for a girl named Heather who never bothered to answer her phone or give us a call back when we left her a voicemail. They were supposed to install on a Thursday weeks ago she calls and tells us they won’t be able to and are going to come on Monday 5-6pm, no one ever arrives and two guys show up on my door on a Thursday no warnings no times no response to our calls whatever at this point I just want the internet. They are here for HOURS telling us they set it up but internet won’t connect to the tower and reassure us they will be in contact with us by Friday if it doesn’t work we can get a full refund. It’s now Monday and the people answering our calls are giving us the run around about getting into our account to cancel the service. I am so sick of being scammed this area has the worst service I’ve ever seen and this place just tops the cake. What a joke

Been with Carolina West for a few years !! Never had any problems until after some of our bad storms a few weeks ago my wifi quit working so they rebooted it now its fine !!

Went to get a new phone. Their was only 1 person working, she was super friendly but new and only thing she could do was take money to pay bill. I really don't understand how a corporate store let's this happen. Where was manager or assistant?

DO NoT go with Carolina west their service is absolutely awful you literally can’t be on a call and drive down the road without losing service several times. You can’t browse the web in an efficient manner even when showing full service. I would strongly strongly strongly suggest paying the extra few dollars to go with a different carrier for about 15 bucks more you can go with Verizon or one of the major carriers and have reliable service honestly I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to do I could write a review

A female associate told my husband he was rude. She said this outloud though my husband did not hear this I did hear it. I felt this was out of line. No one was rude. This young woman needs to learn more about respect and customer service.

Wish they have a negative star. I am so upset with this company. Been with them for years. Had five phones. I can not begin to tell you about my horrible experience. My phone BROKE 2 years ago, replaced batteries, had it worked on. Then it finally died.This was a Apple 6.5.March, they said I was late but the man at the office said I had until the end of the month to pay bill. WRONG. We were on vacation in our RV, in Tennessee on Friday. None of our phones worked.Tried to pay bill, but could not, They were closed. So bought new phones.At walmart with straight talk. My husband loved his phone. So he took my dead phone to them, Insurance to replace it plus 200.00....TILL today I have no replacement phone.. They gave me a loaner, which I have never used, who wants to go through the trouble of setting up a loaner phone?.So here it is the end of September I paid my 200. bill for they said two months for one phone. That they don't charge you a month in advance. Now they tell me I have to pay for this phone I have not used in six months for another thirty days. Even though I said disconnect it ..Told them check records on a phone that has not been used in Six Months. I have never had a contract with them. Paid cash in full for all five phones, and replaced couple times through the six plus years we have been with them.I have to pay for another thirty days !!!!!!!!!!!One of the five phones we turned in and continually was billed for that phone for two years. The aggravation with this company just goes on and on...Not a good company to deal with, they are also Bark Mobile....BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
