The absolute worst urgent care around here. Waited over 3 hrs to be seen, no updates and left to wait in a hot car despite explaining what was wrong. The woman had a bad attitude that handled the calls as well. Places like this definitely need to be retrained or have the people replaced. There was no excuse for the way today was handled.

The doctors and staff are very caring and compassionate. Lisa Camacho called and checked on my husband while he was an in patient. Lisa and Guerra Sr always go above and beyond for our family.

Was wondering why this facility didn't know any better than to give my wife antibiotics with steroids with her liver and kidneys bad plus congestive heart failure ive learned that steroids cause fluid retention and blood pressure problems which is probably why she started filling with fluid shortly after taking that steroid they should have known better she trusted them

The worst urgent care I've ever been to! They prescribed my salve for pink eye instead of drops, although the doctor told me to put the DROPS I was going to get in both eyes, while I was at the office. After I realize it was salve I call their office to see if they would send another prescription for drops because the salve half blinds me for a hour or more after I use it, and I can't work or drive like that. She says they'll call me right back. Never did... so I called back almost 2 hours later and they get super rude and upset with me this time. She said she'll tell the doctor. Well the doctor sends another prescription to my pharmacy... for another salve. I call back and ask why I can't get the drops and she won't give me a answer just gets smart with me and said the salve was the best they could do. They were super rude and very unprofessional. Will NEVER go back.

I went here today because I had a fever of 101.5 at work and had flu symptoms. This was the only urgent care that had availability. The staff are so rude. I waited in my cold car for about 3 1/2 hours and there's not a bathroom you can use apparently. I went inside with a mask on to use the restroom after waiting for almost 3 hours and the nurses told me that I wasn't allowed to use the restroom in there. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this place. I'm convinced that whoever gave five stars knows the doctor or the nurses because these were the rudest most unprofessional nurses and doctors I have ever seen. Please read the reviews and make an appointment at some other place for tomorrow (if you can) to avoid this place at all costs.

Before Covid this office was a really good, except for waiting time. Since Covid this place is horrible. Doctors seem not to care about your health at all. The waiting times are worse, can’t get prescriptions called in, I was supposed to be called about a colonoscopy, never received a call, just ridiculous!!!! Searching now for new medical care provider

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I found out I was covid-19 positive, so I wanted to have my daughter tested. I understand Carolina's Urgent Care are extremely full and busy, but this is no way to treat sick people. First of all, when my call was answered it was direct "Name, date of birth" of course I am going to give mine? Oh but you need the patient being seen right? How about asking the questions instead of rudely rushing through your desktop questionnaire. THEN tells me its going to be a 2 hour wait. Okay that is fine, my phone is about to die so I made the decision to drive home as I am precisely 10 min away. Apparently that is not the precise wait time because I get a call as soon as I retrieve my charger from my house, which I explained over the phone once I was called back. We come back get called back and here we go with the most UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE NURSES and their attitudes because of course the front desk nobody converses with the ladies in the back about who I am already. 2 HOURS waiting in that room JUST FOR 1 TEST RESULT. It was hot, stuffy, I have a fussy sick baby and remind you I'm C-19 positive and I cant breathe. Only when I threaten to leave and do is when they MAGICALLY have her test results back. Long story short I will never come back to this urgent care at all which is a shame because this is where my family and I have been for years. Health Care Providers need to check your attitudes and remember you're not the only tired hard working people out here. I do plan to complain to a higher up as well, I'm not satisfied at all with my visit.

Was having a medical emergencyand new to the area, so didn't have a primary care yet so went to the walk in clinic. The staff were kind, and Dr. Guarra wound up saving my life. He made sure I got the necessary tests and surgery in a timely manner. I'm very grateful!

The worst urgent/express care I've ever been to! I waited in a room for over 2 hours. The other reviews definitely weren't exaggerating on staffs rudeness. I had to get 2 shots and the nurse gave no warning that she was ready to give me the shot. It made me jump so bad and I never jump for shots because I've always been told when they were about to inject it. The express care in Valdese is great. I'd never ever go back to this place!!!

The long waiting times are the least awful thing about this urgent care. The nurses and doctors are some of the rudest, most hateful people you will ever meet. If you have questions or concerns regarding anything they immediately get snappy and are completely awful to you. They will straight up shut you down if you tell you "think it might be ____." I understand being overwhelmed or having a bad day but do not take it out on patients who are in the worst condition and already emotional or in need of care. Maybe try a different profession instead.

Never been to a more unprofessional care facility in my life. The nurse who took my urine sample was the rudest person I've met in my life. Banging on the bathroom door while I'm trying to get a sample telling me to hurry as well as paper thin walls all through the facility. The employees every word was heard throughout the express care office. I could hear in detail every patients conversation with their doctor. I'm fairly sure it's illegal or should be illegal to have zero privacy between you and your care giver. Would not recommend stopping here as a last resort.

Very pitiful service. Keep me waiting 4 hours. Wouldn't let me use their restroom. I had to go to the Dollar General to use the restroom. I knew that I had a sinus infection. I have had quite a few of them in my 62 years. After being tested for covid. It was negative. I was told oh you just probably have allergies. And they wanted to call me in a nasal spray. And the nurse walks away. Well guess what. It was a sinus infection. And I didn't enjoy my 4 hour wait in the parking lot. Just to be dismissed.

Would not recommend to take a dog there never got my medicine because the pharmacy has been out of it for 6 months contacted the doctor and they never heard back from them such a shame I understand they are booked up and overwhelmed with so much sickness but try to be a little more professional
