Store was clean and cool but I had to wait to be helped. The salesperson was doing the best she could but she could not wait on 4 customer s with our people having to wait.

Saw several employees while looking around not one even spoke to us until we were walking out the door. Had something I was going to buy but wasn't willing to wait in the long line of the only register we found open.

The store was beautiful but l went in to kill time so my husband could get on his phone and do what he does. Imagine my self esteem. Any way no make flat hair sweat pants just didn't look myself. Two different times the ladies at make up counter pass be by and they were behind it. Imagine a little bit of kindness.

Looks like a ghost town in the Lenoir store. There's never seems to be anyone at the registers as the store is only working only a few people. Also, a lot of empty shelves and floor space.
