Had major complaints and the manager followed us out to the car to resolve them. Most stock not marked which is a pain.

Do not shop at the Lenoir store. I buy in bulk and spent a lot of money there for the past year. Over $2000 for the month of April alone. Things have really gone down hill since the new manager (Kate) has taken over. She is rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. I only buy food items for my small business. You have to really check the dates on food there. I've found food on the shelves that have December 2023 dates on them. When I mentioned this to her she said that she would give me 75% off if I wanted it. One time she even told me to take my business to the hickory or Shelby store. That's really good management. I will never spend another dime in that store as long as Kate is manager. I have posted things on social media about this. I would not recommend shopping here

Do not work or shop at this store it is the worst place to be especially since the general manager doesn't care about anyone but herself. If you need to shop at this company go to the hickory store instead. Plus at the Lenoir store you'll get screwed over

Great prices on clothes. And groceries.They have an amazing deal on $10 bags don't Kno what is in it till you open it. My wife an I want buy anymore grab bags because who ever puts the items in are places broken lamps, ripped shirts half puzzles for kids things that got no purpose.
