Customer service sucks. They never are willing to explain bill changes but very quick to tell you to find another carrier. Honestly was planning to switch carriers today but hickory location made it right!!! Don’t waste your time here. They lie about phone prices and deals. Will not be going back.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and have not been happy. I went into AT&T looking for a different server. Your sales representative was awesome. Sold me right away. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know he told us his manager would be back from lunch soon and he would have an answer. It doesn’t cost a dime to be kind and when you deal with the public which can be harsh at times you still need to kind and courteous. He was so nice and so willing to help us switch. He is exactly who you need in that store and I hope you appreciate the great work he does. Even my daughter was impressed.

For the last 6 months this store has been terrible with customer service. The last 4 times I’ve enter this store location it’s sad to say that the customer has to wait 15 minutes for service. Today I’ve sat in the store location to pay my bill which it’s one customer in store as we speak and I still could not get any help due to worker wanting to wait on another customer file insurance claim. It’s only one rep working but the rep is very slow with assistance. Once again this is a repeat of bad customer service for my last 4 visit to this store location

Went in for an upgrade, and after an hour and a half of the worker trying to get me on a new phone what he told me that it was my voicemail messing everything up and that I could not get one today because it wasn’t working for me

Donovan R was amazing. He convinced us to leave the “V” competitor and switch to AT&T. Not only did he explain everything to us twice, he also took time to transfer all of our phones with patience and understanding!!! (Daughter’s phone had major hiccups in the transfer process, and he worked with us for almost 3 hours.) I highly recommend this store. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and Donovan R. was the best!!

These guys rock!Lionell, Austin, Alan … all three of this team are patient, knowledgeable, and ever-presence to help and educate the computer-challenged. Basically, they’re old folk-friendly. And in return, they are much appreciated. I just got updated from an iPhone 7 to a iPhone 14 Pro…. and with the support of ATT&T Lenoir…. I am 21st century. Thanks, guys!

Austin was fantastic and made switching from Verizon to ATT a breeze. He even spoke with Verizon's customer service for me despite a very busy store and never made me feel anything less than his priority. I definitely made the right call choosing the Lenoir ATT location!

Associate did not know how to handle an exchange on a warranty issue from a charger that was defective. Told me to come back when mgr was on duty. Went back two days later at 7pm and same associate was the only one there. She didn’t even know how to handle s return. Next time I’ll call before attempting to go to the store.

On September 7,2020, my wife and I visited the AT&T Store in Lenior. We purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phones. Our plan was upgraded to 4 lines with 2 phantom numbers numbers without our knowledge . I have since canceled the phantom numbers...
