If I could give less I would this bank is poorly run . Mant people trying to wear to many hats . Need more people ....rude isn't the word ... I will no longer deal with this bank ...will close accounts and move forward .

I can never get anyone to answer a phone call. I have tried repeatedly on different days and never get an answer. They need to hire more people to take care of their customers. Never been treated so poorly at a bank that wants my deposits.Just adding I wrote this before reading any comments before mine and I see this is an ongoing issue.Manager should be ashamed. You have know this for months and nothing changes.I will be closing my account as soon as my real estate transaction is final. I am also a stock holder and wonder why.

I visited this bank on October 1, 2023, to make a simple deposit. It took 15 - 20 minutes standing in line to reach a teller. There were only 2 tellers. One teller handled mortgage payments which tied her up for my entire visit. The other teller was handling both the auto drive-in window and the inside teller station. As a result, service was extremely slow and the line behind me grew to 5 people. I told the teller at the window that they needed more employees at the teller windows. I was told that no one wanted to work there. As you can tell, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. I hope this is the only branch that is experiencing this difficulty.

I have banked with Wells for years and have had good service with my accounts. The branch is often busy but the staff is pleasant and works through the que well. The customer service reps are knowledgeable, helpful, but usually most always busy helping customers so I recommended making an appointment through the online app or through the website to minimize your wait. Good staff and branch.

I've called this branch 18 times in 2 days and no one has picked up the phone. Horrible customer service. So I drive there verified that I was calling the right phone number and was told sometimes they just can't pick up the phone So I called while I was standing in line and never heard a phone ring I was the only one in line This is ridiculous

This time the teller was socializing with the customer in front of me at the window, they were talking about hair care products, while I'm waiting to deposit a check. Longer than appropriate. I suggest limiting rapport building or do it some other time and place.

Charity and Kathy are a pleasure to work with. Beware of the branch manager Yara Aguilar. She will mishandle your funds, abuse her authority and manipulate your accounts.

We will be closing our accounts with Wells Fargo because of what they did to Lauren Witzke. It seems that they target people of a particular political group (guess which one) and shut down their accounts without warning.

Totally dissatisfied with this leland branch. Customer service is terrible. I made an appointment at 3pm, waited 20 mins and was told by an associate that I would be seen next when that was false. I would not recommend doing business here.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 5 years. I rarely have any issues with them and I was very satisfied with my experience up to this point. I have 2 accounts, a checking and a savings. The savings has over a grand while the checking is for bills. On Monday a bill was paid early since my car finance company was under new management. I was unaware of the charge and used my card Monday through Wednesday until Thursday when I checked my account to prepare for the up coming bill. I was SHOCKED when I saw my checking account was now -500.00! I spent 250.00 (coffee 3 times and bought 4 various gifts for Christmas for my Family and Fiance) However there were 250.00 in OVERDRAFT FEES ALONE! Well I can forget having Christmas with my Family. I checked the mail, email and voicemail. Wells Fargo had made NO ATTEMPT to contact me. Not even to check if they were FRAUDULENT charges. Thanks for ruining Christmas Wells Fargo, I'll be changing banks on Monday.
