AVOID!!! Terrible service from 3 guys that had appeared to have no idea what they were doing. They spilled oil all over the engine and only wiped up a fraction of it. They also disconnected the air hose to my turbo for some reason and did not replace it correctly. My turbo went out a week later. The Service people at the dealership (Volvo) had to reconnect the hose and clean the engine because of all of the oil.

Where do I start!! Two weeks after my service here, my car over heated! Why? Because they did not fill the coolant as they said they did. Then a month later my car starts leaking oil. My mechanic said they put the wrong oil in my car and they charge me for the synthetic oil (which was the right oil) and they cracked the oil filter insert! Also, i got an inspection and they charged me for a window tent test which they did not do! My car is clearly factory tent. I've never had trouble with my car. Never will I go back here!

Took my vehicle in for a oil change and these guys almost did a complete safety inspection before the oil change. That reminded me I had a safety inspection coming up so I added it on. All I had to do was blow the horn. Very well pleased with there service and turn around time. I'll be back!

if i could do ZERO STARS. i would!!!... me and my husband have just moved to the area and we needed a quick oil change. we bought our own things because that's what we usually do, it makes things a little cheaper. when we pulled in no one acknowledged us. one girl was sweeping & looked at us but didn't walk over. another guy was standing outside on his phone & didn't even look up at us. finally the girl walked over & we told them we needed an oil change & we had all our own stuff. she told us that they couldn't use the stuff we brought because it was against policy. she was very rude about it & had an attitude with us the entire time. she didn't even greet us when she finally walked up to the vehicle. i will definitely say i will NEVER return here. -10/10 for sure

I took one vehicle in for an oil change and I had no complaints. I was pretty pleased with service, waiting time and price ($62) but then I took another vehicle to have the oil changed 2 weeks later. This time I was pleased with service and wait time. However the price was OVER $100....Actually it was $122.00!! I will NOT return and do not recommend.

I stopped in to get an oil change and inspection. They were super quick and so great. They brought several things to my attention that had clearly never been looked at by our regular oil change place. I immediately called my husband when I left and told him we’re switching to Victory Lane for any future needs.

Locally owned business. Brought both of my cars in (over 2-days) for the State annual safety inspection ($13.60 if you pay cash). Very friendly, efficient, fast, and did not try to sell me any additional services. I appreciate the honesty.

I pulled in not sure what time they closed. They were mopping so I asked if they were getting ready to close. The guy said your good come on. Most businesses would’ve been annoyed with me but they were super friendly and quick! Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Stopped by for my 4Runner's Inspection. The Techs were professional, very straight forward and tasked oriented, and at the same time, friendly. Customer Service overall was bad. Owner/Manager was nice but the workers were rude, and acted like they didn't want work.

We came in on a Saturday and were in and out in about 20 minutes for a full synthetic oil change and state inspection. We had amazing service. Friendly and professional staff who answered all of questions!

I really enjoyed the experience. The gentleman who waited on me was courteous friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what was going to be done. I needed a new air filter I wouldn't have known that if it not have been for his careful eye. I will definitely be a return customerService: Oil change

The staff was very friendly and although I was in a hurry I didn't have to make it known. They were just as interested as getting me in and out as I was but willing to take as much time as needed to provide quality service!! When I got home I sent my daughter back right away to have her car serviced because I was so pleased. Her experience was just as good as mine!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went to get my yearly inspection done. It was a great experience. Employees were pleasant and helpful and I got my car right in and in 15-20 minutes I was ready to go. I would definitely go back there again!
