Outstanding customer service with a friendly staff. Thank you Jay for fixing my phone. Before I walked into the store I had wasted 2 hrs on the phone with tech support. Jay was knowledgeable, friendly and SO very helpful.

Kristina was able to help me switch from Att with ease. I cut my phone bill in half and got an extra phone. Been about a month and honestly idk why I waited to switch. The whole team working is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

I had phone issues over the holidayes cave home to North Carolina and we took a local store when I say your service was beyond professional. They answered the questions and greeted me as I walked into the store without a customer's. Thank you T-Mobile for the service you provide.

You want EXCEPTUONAL SERVICE? Ask for Christopher!I went to the Leland store a month ago about a screen saver issue with my Samsung Flip4. The customer service I received was below average = lazy. He appeared not to want to be bothered and said the only solution was to send back to the factory. He didn't even try to sell me a phone when I inquired about an upgrade. B4 going back to my Wilmington store, I tried one more time in Leland. Immediately greeted by Christopher who said, I have the solution for you! Liquid screen. In fact, he was able to fix both my husband and my phones while multi-tasking with a factory reset with another customer. Amazing , professional and personable. Christopher is the Bomb!

My amazing journey with T-Mobile began with a phone call to Jeremy.I arrived at the store and was met by three smiling faces… At least I think Valerie was smiling but she was wearing a mask (Hooray!)The team welcomed me to T-Mobile and Jeremy, Jay, and Valerie, all teamed up to help me switch from Spectrum to T-Mobile.They were efficient, fun, and easy to work with.T-Mobile is lucky to have this awesome Waterford Village team!I rarely write reviews, but had such a wonderful experience, I felt compelled to let people know what a wonderful place this is.

Jeremey and Jay are hands down the best associates we have dealt with during the last several years we have been with T-mobile. We’ve been to several locations in the area and those two are by far the most knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Highly recommended.

I always hate going into the phone store. I was having issues with my phone and it was such a pleasure dealing with Jay. He was very helpful and never gave up. Jeremy was awesome as well. I was made to feel important and not rushed. I would highly recommend, the T-Mobile store at Leland !!!!
