Your savings is not your savings at this CU, don’t think your putting money in you savings account and it won’t be touched that’s not the case. I will be leaving this CU immediately, and I have been banking here for years. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that I spoke to but she was not helpful at all and didn’t care about me as a valued member.

I was racially profiled by the workers at this bank. I am a black woman cashing her $2475.44 check. First they took a long time assisting me (white people first), then asked if I've ever cashed a check there because the signature looks different on the front. And tried to hold my check for 4 days (NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE), so I asked for my check back. I go to another bank (SECU) and they say I'm not sure what the other bank was looking at because it shows that you always cash these checks with no return. I felt like if she could see why this bank couldn't. I will be calling the corporate office and reporting. I've NEVER had an issue with SECU out of the 20 years I've had my account, and the 2 years I've been cashing the same check.

I was helped by a Miss Monica and I just wanted to say how professional, kind, and cooperative she was. She went above and beyond to help me in every single way she could. She carefully and professionally explained every step in my banking process with the utmost knowledge. She exhibited qualities that I wish every person in customer service would! I could not imagine a better person to rely on in the banking service. I absolutely can not express enough just how much miss Monica helped me and made my experience 1000% better. Please give this woman some praise and a promotion.

Very dissatisfied with my service. Not only given false information. Bank teller was gossiping and talking bad about customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional.

employees are so unhelpful and unknowledgeable. They give wrong info and cant complete simple requests. I live in Leland but go to Wilmington for this reason. Ive had several bad experiences here. Nice building though... 0 stars!
