“Lauren, Barbara, & Dorian (hope I spelled all the names correctly) thank you for your pleasantries! Effortless and painless on shipping the baby shower gifts. But my kudos isn’t so much on the service they provided for me (which was great!) but how they handled an upset customer.
A gentleman was upset that his package wasn’t delivered on the day he wanted, which can be upsetting but the package did get there! Given all the storms, flooding, etc this past week on the east coast be thankful it got there, sir.
It seemed he was upset that he paid $60 for express delivery but it ended up a day or so late. Again given the storms you’re lucky it’s still not in transit.
The ladies remained so poised during the whole situation. So amazed because my blood was boiling at his snark remarks, shaking of his head, several eye rolls.
The man left and was in a very nice maroon BMW suv.. I don’t think the little bit of extra money you spent for express shipping is going to hurt you, sir.
To the gentleman, this is a note that life doesn’t revolve around you. If that’s your biggest gripe, that the package arrived a day or so late ( most likely due to Mother Nature ) then you are living a very posh life. Your privilege was really showing and I suggest checking yourself before conducting yourself like that again.”
