I love being a patient at Hickmans Pharmacy. Any prescription I request to be filled is always done within the hour and I have never had trouble getting in contact by phone. It is such a relief to get my prescriptions from a privately owned pharmacy versus the corporate!

This is such an awesome pharmacy! The owner used to work at the Brunswick Forest CVS, but you could tell that he was too good to be there. I am glad he opened up his own pharmacy here in Leland!
I take low-dose naltrexone (LDN) and it needs to be compounded. I had been getting it for months at a compounding pharmacy in Wilmington when one day a friend told me that Hickman’s is a compounding pharmacy. I swiftly transferred my prescription here and I’m glad that I did. It is cheaper and the staff at this pharmacy is great.
I would highly, highly, highly recommend using Hickman’s for all your pharmaceutical needs.

I switched to Hickman Pharmacy from Walmart because of their care for my well being. My prescriptions are quickly filled and I get the text alerts.i would've been with them sooner if my insurance didn't require CVS. Wes and his crew will always have my business

I’ve been using this pharmacy now for about a year and I’ve had nothing but poor experiences. The owner Wesley is rude, the staff is rude, and god forbid you have mental health challenges or ADHD because EVERY time you pick up your meds they will treat you like you’re a junkie. Yesterday, not only did the cashier grill me about why I was picking up my controlled substance and not the other meds she then had the pharmacist come out and grill me too. I pay full price out of pocket for my meds and sometimes I can only afford to pick up one and then have to wait until I get paid again to pick up the other - not that should I have to explain that to anyone. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies.

Wes and his crew will always be my goto for my family's prescriptions. Very professional, kind and let's just say on their game when it comes to running a pharmacy, it puts all others to shame my 100% honest opinion. Never have had one problem filling mine or my kids scripts and will always refuse for my scripts to be sent somewhere else cause if they don't got it they can get it for ya. Love my pharmacy family 😀 Brittany H.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The best prices compared to other pharmacies on Good RX. I compared the cost of my medicine at several local pharmacies and their cost was from $15-$20 more. My medication cost me $2.36

I can’t stress enough how this pharmacy blows away any corporate one. Wes is a dedicated professional and family man, and provides personalized and rapid service . He and his staff are too notch. I would not go anywhere else !

I came to this pharmacy over a year ago, on a desperate search for someone who had my medication in stock. I am so thankful I stumbled upon them. My pharmacist, Wes and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. I tell EVERYONE about them. All of the doctors who find out I use Hickmans Pharmacy, always take a moment to express the wonderful things they hear. THANK YOU HICKMANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All ways 5 star service and friendliness, just doesn’t get any better than Hickmans . They are the best in the whole state of N.C. Hands down they know customer service, Walmart, cvs, Walgreens, Family Pharmacy, seashore drugs , Harris Teeter and anybody else got nothing on this pharmacy, nothing.

Wow what a great pharmacy thank you so much for the personal touch reminds me of the old fashioned Drug Store I worked in for many many years you have gained a new customer for sure !
