The people in this pharmacy do such a great job, and are cordials, pleasants, Michelle is a wonderful human being, I hope the management of Harris teeter realizes that and treat her well.

So disappointing!!! I purchased my groceries 10:08am, came home, was putting the groceries away when I realized the bag of onions were all spoiled. It did not dawn on me that you have had onions on sale since before the holiday. Not only did they bust wide open but the smell was in my vehicle and now in my home. I called to simply ask for courtesy since it’s raining that I keep my receipt and be credited the $1.99 on my next visit. Well customer service is dead at this location the rep told me to save the onions because they would have to be returned. I explained how bad they smelled and asked if I could take a picture as proof!!then she says anyone can take a picture and say this happened! I am now flabbergasted, really over $1.99????? Well I figure a review depicting the poor response would get someone’s attention as how to do better!!!! I just thought I was getting a good deal and end up spending my time writing this…

I travel between here and Raleigh so sometimes have to get my prescription filled at either of the Harris Teeter pharmacies there or in Leland. Two months ago I was told by a pharmacy tech in Leland that they would have my prescription ready tomorrow. So I made the 45 minute drive to Leland only to be told that they could not fill my refill because it had been transferred two times between the pharmacies and that was all that was allowed. Nobody had told me this before and no one called me back to tell me not to make the trip. I was only told to come get my refill the next day. Well, the pharmacist did call my doctor in Raleigh but got hold of him the next day and he sent them a single refill order, which they did. And I had to make another 45 minute trip to the Leland Harris Teeter pharmacy. But while I was waiting to not get my medication, I over heard the pharmacist telling the techs about only two transfers being allowed. So why in the heck weren't they taught this before telling me I could not receive my refill and after having made a 45 minute drive which because two 45 minute drives in order to get my refill order. Poor management of techs.

Two weeks in a row I have tried to get a sandwich from the deli. Two weeks in a row they closed two hours early because they’re “short staffed.” Both times there were three employees standing around talking for several minutes. This place is the worst.

The worst thing that can happen, happened when using this pharmacy, right off the bat I lost confidence in the pharmacist and staff handling my prescriptions, I knew more than they did about the drug I was prescribed. Red flag. And I rarely use this Harris Teeter for groceries. The parking lot is full all the time and it is bear getting in and out onto 17.
