Great staff and great space. Very affordable! My only issue is that I have tried to have the light bulb replaced in my unit for several weeks. I was in over a week ago and was promised that I would receive a call the following day to schedule a time for me to come back to replace. I have yet to receive a call from them.

On 6/1 about 4:15 meet EK. Not only myself but 2 other customers where there. Not only professional but very friendly to all. She made it seem like we known each for a while. Even thou they close at 5:00, she stayed later but did not rush us out. Great experience.

Needed a storage place that was convenient and affordable! This was a clean facility and the staff was professional and friendly ! Secure and easy to maneuver around.

Service was just great, as always Edna, was to great to be working so hard. I think she deserve a raise for her great service, of course I know management don't want to hear that, as they continue to grease their pockets.

Crystal (my new best friend) was so inviting and personable the entire visit, she felt like a friend from the beginning. We laughed and joked but she was also so informative, knowledgeable & professional. The storage facility was well kept and extremely clean, I would highly recommend Crystal and Go Store It to anyone in need of a unit!
