Dollar general on Village Road is the nastiest dollar general in Leland. The floor is disgusting and never cleaned or mopped. The merchandise is not neat at all. THE FLOORS ARE DISGUSTING! MOP YOUR FLOORS. THE STAff Always have an excuse if something is not working like SELF CHECKOUT! FIX YOUR CHECK OUT. MOP YOUR FLOORS! STOP BEING LAZY! YOUR STORE IS SO DISGUSTING! FAMILY DOLLAR MOPS THEIR FLOORS. WHY CANT YOU! PURE LAZY LADIES! YOU NEED TO BE SENT HOME IF YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB. OH THATS RIGHT NO ONE WANTS TO WORK ANYMORE THEY THINK THEY ARE OWED THEIR PAYCHECKS NO MATTER WHAT! LAZY LADIES IN THERE.

I love my local Dollar General! It's always clean and organized and the management staff is great and very helpful if needed. Love love love Dollar General for all my needs. The price is right ?!

Alot of the merchandise has doubled & tripled here in price. Most of the prices are outrageously high. Walmart is cheaper. Just rediculous. Make sure you check expiration dates on food. Unfortunately I did not & get home & tasted the crackers & could not eat them. They were stale & expired in June 22. Right at 2 months ago. They were not on the clearance isle either. I have been shopping here since this store opened. So disappointed. Customer service is awful since Courtney left. Now a manager cannot be found.The employees I see are on their cell phones & ignore the customers. I would stay away. One of the worst stores I have shopped in 2022.???

This place has gone to hell since that nice lady Courtney left. The company had her working over 80 hrs A WEEK!!!!!!!!!! and after doing some digging I found out they set her up!!!! Will never shop at that corrupt Dollar general again. Not to mention, that new manager of there's is just flat out rude!!!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT OVER WORKS AND UNDER PAYS THEIR HARD WORKING EMPLYEES. Disgusting.

Just not my kind of place, but it is one of the closest to where I live. The service is great, fair selection, aisles too close together for passing without getting extremely close to another customer.
