Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful pharmacy staff. I would not recommend this pharmacy. CVS is notoriously awful, and this location might epitomize all that is terrible about this pharmacy chain.

I am here for a flu and COVID shot. Got my flu shot. They said their computer has been kicking people off the list for the COVID Vax. They had enough to give me one, but wouldn't because then they wouldn't have enough for tomorrow's appointments.Previously they left my refrigerated meds sitting out for a couple days. Then sent the new batch back to CVS Caremark Mail pharmacy instead of returning the ruined batch. So it took maybe two weeks to get .my meds.

Needed a Father's Day card for my Husband when I picked up a prescription. The store is undergoing a reset. The reset employees were very kind (not employees of CVS) and directed me on how to get around them. I was able to still get what I needed and came for. CVS always delivers.

Clearly you were not open until 10pm as advertised as I made a rush to get there in time.... Which I did except I didn't if 9:45 = 10pm.If that's not your hours you need to keep your info online updated. What a PAIN!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! I walked in this evening to pickup 2 prescriptions on my way home from work. When I got back to the pharmacy, they had all the partitions already closed. The pharmacist was assisting a customer in the drive thru, but there was a gentleman in a Red Polo Shirt and glasses walking back and forth behind the see through partition, I stood there and must have said excuse me sir 4 or 5 times before he finally acknowledged me. I could tell he was ignoring me intentionally. I said once more, excuse me sir is it drive through only now?” He literally yelled at me “we close at 8:00!” I looked down at my Apple Watch, and it literally clicked over from 7:59PM to 8:00 PM as he’s yelling that at me! FYI, sir, not that you probably care, but I was there to pickup my Anxiety Medication, as I’ve ran completely out! Now I get to spend the rest of my evening with severe Anxiety/Panic attacks! I will be back tomorrow morning on my way into work to pickup my prescriptions, and rest assured I will not be leaving until I speak to whoever is in charge! I work in the customer service industry myself, and I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life! Sir, I don’t know what your position is at the Brunswick Forest CVS, but you should be ashamed of yourself for speaking to me like that! I really hope when I get there tomorrow morning you’re working, as I’d like to have a few words with you, or your boss! After I pickup my prescriptions tomorrow morning, I will never ever give you my business again! Technically, you closed the partitions early, and you had no right to speak to me that way! Unbelievable!

I FORGOT TO KNOCK ON WOOD!I in fact got the worst experience over the phone today, with someone who put me through it, refusing to fill my medication that I'm out of.(Maybe they're a new hire, but still, it happened, here). The worst part about it is having to battle someone while out of my medication and needing it ASAP, but equally awful is how some people (this person for sure) just have to be right. And even after they realize that they're actually not right, they will STILL insist that they are. Forcing your hardships to grow harder, while you're state of mind and pain level is just too high for fighting anyone at a pharmacy that you fill at every month.I ask to speak with ANOTHER PHARMACIST. They of course tell me they're THE pharmacist, but she'd be more than happy to give me a 1800 number to speak with someone else.I'm losing it. Because I'm talking to an immature power tripper who's not caring that I need my medicine, she's only wanting to win a battle.I say I'll be in there in person with my parents with me, to personally work this out.She says okay! See you then!This triggered me to just lose it. Literally. I trashed my own bedroom screaming, as my colon is glued shut, restrictions left and right, car broken down, lost everything, now I'm in withdrawals and I'm constantly fighting for my life and sick of being disabled and everything that comes with this.My parents call the police because I went into a nervous breakdown, and a parade of ambulances and police cars come by, to invite me to the hospital for support.As 6 or more cops and EMT's are talking to me, I get A TEXT MESSAGE.From CVS. SAYING MY PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR PICK UP.REAL LIFE.
