$21 car wash and blue soap was still left on the car, the guy at the front only scrubbed one side of the headlights and mirror. get more employees to do their work properly and better equipment

It's okay, but it's a little too old it needs a remodeling the things that clean ur car. Some of them are torn and need repair

Terrible experience. Ever since the ownership switched. Broken vacuum. Low suction. Zero towels anywhere on the grounds. Will not be coming back.

When I pulled up to the kiosk, a man came up to me with a iPad and ran my card. He then said it didn’t work and ran my card on the kiosk. When I got home, I checked my bank account and saw that I got charged twice. The quality of the wash was okay for the (intended) price, but one of the vacuum hoses was broken and the suction was limited on the other hose.

I had a great experience with the cash wash in general other than the 2nd time I came there, a guy I’m pretty sure named Aiden I got his name after. I was waiting for someone go up to the pay station cause it was only my second time going there and it took 10 minutes for someone to come out and there was an employee sitting in there looking at me after 10 minutes he came out. And said in a rude manner what do you want. I was like excuse me ? And he just stared at me. And he was just an awful encounter and I ask for his manger and told him the full story on how he was being rude and he said he would handle it hopefully he gets written up for it

I was approached for an review as soon as I got out of my car-
Wash was fine. My vacuum was crammed with stuff that I had to fix to make it work. The towels were all wet- not sure if that’s standard, but I don’t understand how that’s gonna clean anything if mildew is building in wet folded towels.
For $20 I’ll probably just wash my own car and take the vacuum out there myself.
