The only day u have off u drive 30+ minutes to the store and their CLOSED when they’re suppose to be open… very frustrating!The times I’ve had to go in it’s very unprofessional and not very smart employees… get it together Leland AT&T!!!!!

Terrible way they do business. Walked in today and had issues with activating new phones as a new customer. They had 2 reps working and a manager that was helping the 2nd rep put on a screen protector and sell a phone. You would think that he could help the whole line of customers instead of help a rep do her job. When we walked in 2 separate customers walked out and said “thanks for nothing.” I should have known my new customer experience with AT&T would be terrible. The manager should have stepped up and helped the whole line of waiting customers. Instead he was constantly laughing and carrying on with customers who were buying a screen protector and felt he needed to help the seasoned rep install it. Waited 30 plus minutes and he never checked on us. We left. Why did I leave TMobile?

The lady at this location that works night shift is worse than useless. She’s got an excuse for everything and I’ve made the conclusion that she just doesn’t want to deal with customers. She shooed another customer away while we were in there and we have had to drive to Wilmington twice to get taken care of by att. Don’t go to this location. She should be removed!

Have been to the store twice on different business days when they were supposed to be open only to find the store locked and no one there. I’m already dealing with terrible customer service online and on the phone and can’t even rely on the store to be open when their posted hours (both online and on store front) are not reliable.

We are sorry to have interrupted this man's scrolling just to try to get two new phones. I thought he would be happy to sell 2 Samsung flip phones, but it was obvious our presence was an intrusion. He told us he didn't have any flip phones and sent us away empty handed.

Nice kid but did not know how to set up or even sell me a phone. After 1.5 hours with him on the phone I guess with a manager (?) I did leave with a replacement phone but service was not set up correctly so the phone was locked in SOS mode and he had put me on a payment plan for a $429 phone (which automatically enrolled me in the $17 per month ATT insurance program). Spent another hour on phone with very knowledgeable customer service representative who was able with great difficulty to get the service set up. Still stuck with the payment plan and the insurance fees as it could not be rectified by the phone representative. Maybe easier to just return the phone.

Tried to go to store to buy a couple of new chargers. Showed up at 11:08 am. Store should have opened at 10am. I am over having to drive across the bridge to Willmington to get what I need. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.

I had the pleasure of working with Keyasia this afternoon, best and most efficient experience I’ve ever had in a retail setting. I had a fantastic experience at AT&T Leland. TJ was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and made great suggestions for improving my telecommunications experience. He upgraded several devices for me seamlessly! I highly recommend this location.
