I have been a member of this gym for years now, and enjoy everyone that goes here! The staff is awesome and the owner Sandra amazing, she keeps this place so clean and always making her rounds talking to the members making them feel welcome!

Would not recommend: Terrible staff and business model.I am not one to write reviews, but I could not pass this up. Being new to the area my fiancé and I were excited to try new gyms and find one that best fits us! My fiancé went in there this morning to do cardio for an hour, and got the day pass to try out the gym, while there the lady tried to charge him although they do a free day pass. When he asked if he could come back later to workout again (with me) the lady said, " you already used your day pass, you'd have to pay $10 to work out". It's a '1 day trial' not an 'hour trial'. Would not recommend. Terrible business model and terrible staff. The drive to the Tru Fit in porter's neck is well worth the 25 minute ride for the amazing staff and brand new equipment!

This is a great small gym that despite it's smaller faculty size, offers a lot of equipment. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

I only visit the Wilmington area once or twice a year, and have joined 4ever24Fit on a temporary the last two years so that I can work out while I am visiting family over the holidays. I am so thankful that this facility permits temporary/ad-hoc membership at a very reasonable price. The facility is clean and has a wide array of well-maintained equipment, making it the perfect home-away-from-home gym for me. The staff has always been very friendly, as have the other patrons. The fact that this gym is open 24/7 is key, and I have enjoyed going! See you all next year.

Predatory and extremely aggressive, I’ll explain. (Edit as of 11/22/22, the owners response speaks for itself. Owner has responded with mild threats of a lawsuit against a college student for this review, is addressing a random name, and is clearly comfortable with threatening previous customers.) Do not give these people your personal information.Signed a one year contract, perfectly happy with that. Moved away for a college transfer and couldn’t go to the gym there in Leland. No big deal, I signed the contract, that’s fair.What’s not okay is that for 6 months after the contract ended, these people continued to charge me. It gets even better, I called them the month after my final 12th month of the contract and asked them if they could cancel any recurring ongoing things as I do not live there anymore. The singular employee this place has told me I had to come in person to sign off on closing the connection, I explained I do not live there anymore so I cannot do that. The singular employee told me he would make note of it and help me out and let the owner know to get it taken care of. Two semesters and $180 later for this gym to leech off of a self-supported college student and I realize they never stopped charging me even after the 12 months had elapsed.I called again during the 19th month (7 months after my contract expired), I spoke to the same singular employee and they told me this time that they can’t cancel anything over the phone, I explained again that I am no longer in NC and cannot go to the gym there, so he said he would directly contact the owner and they would respond via email to fix the issue.The email I received, seriously, was an extremely aggressive attitude cannon from the owner herself about canceling my contract. Cancel the contract? It had expired seven months ago and this woman was seemingly standing high and mighty about how she deserved my money just because she had a copy of my account and routing number.Imagine accidentally paying a business 60% more for something than intended, with zero overhead/risk/use/loss for the company and then when you ask if there is a way to fix things the company gets mad that you didn’t CONTINUE paying them for nothing. These people are extremely aggressive, entitled, morally unconcerned, aloof to responsibilities, and predatory.I’m sure the business owner will respond to this with some sort of corporate retort explaining contract details or cancellation requirements. Do not open yourself up to security risks by giving these people your information. The woman that owns this business runs it like a playground and she is happy to bully or threaten anyone for money.For anyone thinking of signing away your account security for a gym membership here, don’t do business with anyone who asks for your account and routing numbers. These people are shady and extremely aggressive when it comes to the customers wanting to add a layer of protection to their raw bank information.

Not bad. Has all the equipment you're likely to need. Very small bathroom with one toilet and only one shower stall.

Awesome gym! Stopped by today while I was in town and it was only a $10 charge for a one day pass! The entire time I felt like I could’ve asked the staff or trainer for help or advice. Super friendly and relaxed environment with a lot of great and clean Equipment!

This is my favorite gym. Equipment is always clean and in great shape. The staff is awesome. I’ve been to dozens of gyms over the past 20 years and this is one of my favorite. Love the military support too!
