The actual event space is great, with the exception of the heat in August. Wish they would've had some sort of covered area for the actual wedding ceremony. Opened reception are did not have enough ceiling fans, no A/C, and need a paved area with parking for handicap people. The location is beautiful, and the owner was...

About Mountain View Farm Event Barn, LLC
Mountain View Farm Event Barn is a small to medium-sized wedding and event space, suitable for events up to 130 guests. Located between Lawndale and Polkville, NC, just north of Shelby, we are situated on an 69-acre farm with gently sloping fields and stunning sunsets. Our renovated 50s barn will accommodate 100 guests. We also have several outdoor ceremony sites, weather permitting. Steps away from the barn is the open-air reception pavilion. Perfect for showers, receptions, and parties, the highlight of this building is the stunning view.
