I went to the drive thru for an emergency refill…young lady said we can pull it from the Rockingham Walgreens just can’t tell you it will be filled by the appointment time…I’m like what do you mean…she said we have about one hundred orders to fill…ma’am that’s refills that were called in throughout the night and I’m here NOW face to to face!

I waited behind one car for 40 minutes in drive thru just to be told that I couldn't get my prescription yet because the pharmacist, who went on lunch break 15 minutes before then, had to approve it. This pharmacy also gets back ordered on a medication that I have no problem getting filled at Wal-Mart. I'm done with this place.

Do not use this pharmacy!!!! I had a pharmacist LIE about a medication I had been out of for two days. First said insurance didn't cover it, lie number one. When I called to tell her they already paid Walgreens she then told me it was out of stock! Lie number two . I found out later that same evening it was filled. Called the store manager and he just said she made a mistake! A mistake about your health and well-being. He didn't even bother to call me himself so I told him I emailed the ceo of Walgreens and he abruptly hung up on me!!! A store manager hangs up on a customer. This is a joke of a pharmacy. Don't trust this store.They deserve 0 star but it's not an option.Oh and I really did email the ceo. More people need to go above store management. Maybe something will get done about Laurinburg Walgreens.

Every call is put on hold the little phone Pro never can find what I need and they are never busy I have drove up there more than once the phone just ringing they sitting doing nothing!

0/5 star rating. I used Walgreens on Plaza Rd and they closed. I was switched to Walgreens at Westwood Way. I have been 4 days this week, and my medicine is still not correct or ready, not filled on time, and no person will answer the telephone in the pharmacy. They usually have plenty of staff in the pharmacy. I am left without medicines over a holiday weekend. My dr has sent this medicine and it is on file with the correct pharmacy, as they called out the address--all the way from Southern Pines--to assure me my prescriptions were on file with the correct store. *I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN* I am not the only customer complaining about lack of service or lack of phone call pick ups. I come from another state to pick up and this a huge inconvenience. *Unprofessional *Can't pronounce medicine names*Can't fill meds timely manner*Can't pick up the phone*And the automated refill system doesn't always fill your scripts as it should.*This is MORE than a big deal.*Can not speak with a pharmacist.I will be filing my insurance Monday with a different pharmacy, this pharmacy is horrendous, not to mention the backed up drive-thru.

Went for Moderna booster shot. The staff was friendly. I had filled out the paperwork at home so checking in was quick. I may have been the second person in line and the person in front of me had to wait a little while before he was called. After he got his shot it may have only been 5 minutes before they had given me my shot. The lady that was giving the shots was very professional and nice to meet. Once you got on the Walgreens app on the Covid schedule there was a button with the time for every 15 minutes. Fill out and print the forms to take to the pharmacy. I looked at the Covid shot schedule site Sunday morning and had a choice of about every time in the afternoon. It was almost like walk in to get the booster shot.

The line says drop off but they allow others to just ask questions get their medication while others just wait for thirty mins to drop off but if I get in the pick up line they tell me wrong line I’m calling today to see who can do something about this no matter what time or day you come in it takes 15 mins or more per person
