The guys at this particular UPS store are incredibly efficient, kind, and patient. They work hard, and even when they are being bombarded by people, or disrespected, I have seen them still respond with respect and care. My wife is always sending things back, so we go there often, I hardly wait, because the people their are so efficient. Very impressed with their service. I hope their boss can reward them.

I live 30 minutes away, drove over here during business hours for them to be closed. This after even calling and confirming the day before that they would be open.

Always super friendly from the time you walk in. Very helpful with questions and I can usually get in and out quickly even if there are several people already in line.

I don’t know if this young man is the manager of this store or what, but WES is TRULY one of the most beautiful souls that I have ever encountered! This is only my second time coming into this store, but as soon as I walked in, I remembered his genuinely kind smile and that “Hey sweetheart! We’ll be with ya in just a minute” greeting. He has a warm way of brightening up the entire place and he knows the customers by NAME. I won’t even lie, that genuinely shocked me. Seeing the way he effortlessly interacts with all of his customers gives me SO much hope for the humanity of this world. Because this man treats everybody, regardless of race or gender, with the same sweet love and care. He is a genuinely kind soul and again, I have NO idea if this beaming light of kindness is the manager or not, but because of the simple way that this man treats every single person who comes into this establishment, this is the only UPS that I will ever give my business to.

Sometimes they are busy and seem understaffed, but they bend over backwards for you and treat all customers with respect and dignity. We are thankful they are here.

Even though, I can never get anyone on the phone or leave a message due to the full voice-mail, thus team always goes above and beyond to ensure we get what we came for, they always have a pleasant countenance. Store2922 You guys are the best!!!

Walked in a lil stressed this morning and walked out feeling 10Xs better. I was assisted by West and it was his energy that put me in better spirits. The way he greeted me and the other customers was amazing ! He multitasked between each customer so that we wouldn’t have to wait and he was by himself that was awesome! His tone brightened the room! It’s very rare that you run into great customer service like that and I was very thankful for that !
