After 2 1/2 hours trying to switch from Verizon we left. Employee didn't seem to know what she was doing, was bad mouthing TMOBILE customer service the entire time we were sitting there. Bought a new car last Thursday took 45 minutes. Credit score over 800 all 3 agencies but couldn't get 2 iphones financed. Doesn't say much for TMOBILE.

I was so irritated from trying to get my services up and running over the phone, that I actually came here for assistance with canceling my account. However, not only was Mr Zach Williams able to identify the problem before I even finished explaining it, he also had the solution. He had me sorted out and ready to go so quickly, that it literally left me a little stunned.That's what I call World Class Customer Service!

went into store yesterday to add a line and get a 13 iPhone and was told i would need to come back today for manager to set us up … made appointment for 5pm… went in for 5pm appointment and was told the Mgr Christina left 10 mins before and we should come back tomorrow. we rearranged plans to make this appointment. i find Mgr Christina to be very unprofessional and irresponsible. strongly suggest you go to another store and avoid this one!!!!!

I went to T-Mobile and this amazing woman named Shakita, she helped me out and is very dedicated and committed to her customers. Purchasing a new phone has never been so quick and easy. Definitely recommend this store and her as an associate!!

My go to person is always Gwen Norton, she has always provided exceptional customer service and tried her best to help me in house. Ruby was outstanding and knowledgeable about the device I was purchasing for my mom and I would recommend her to anyone to deal with an of my friends and family who has a Tmoblie device... In my opinion I think she is under valued at t-mobile and deserves a raise for the amount of phone device she sales for Tmoblie.

Ever since they purchased Sprint, T-Mobile has been very helpful as there was no Sprint store in my town. Joe has helped me each visit I've gone and the rest of the staff is very friendly!
