One star is to good for this place. My Dr. sent in my scripts on Monday. I went in Tuesday a.m. Had to give my info. and wait for a text to know when it's ready. 4 DAYS later it's ready. I called them 3 x's waited 40 mins. and got hung up on every time. Then when I went to pick up had only one script. omg! Done with this store. Never again!

Staff is nice. Pharmacy drive thru is a joke. Always takes forever to get waited on. If they are going to have it they should have someone to man it.

Date is 4-26-2019. The pharmacy has gotten terrible since trying to change to Walgreen's. I tried for two hours to just do a call in refill without any success. The new phone system doesn't work and no one will talk with you. I waited online to try to talk with someone and it just hung up. I will definitely find another pharmacy. A business should at least talk with people to explain and give some time frame for a remedy. Just ignoring your customers is no way to handle problems.

I called to have my son's prescription filled ,they told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I drive up there and they never filled it.This has happened to me twice already. I will never do business with them again.

Very friendly and courteous staff but everything else is horrible. The wait time to get someone on the phone since the automated service is more confused than the staff all the way down to getting your prescription filled. Walgreens does not include Rite Aid's former prescription numbers so you either have to go there or talk to someone over the phone. Took me almost a week just to get that one simple task accomplished. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the sorriest pharmacy in Laurinburg. I would not recommend to anyone. Worst customer service in history. You call and are on hold and the phone says our pharmacist and busy helping other customers and there's one caller in front of you. Then they pick up after 20 minutes of holding and they say Walgreens pharmacy please hold and before you can tell them you don't have tome to hold they've already put you on hold. I called at 5:00 today to get a prescription transferred to another Walgreens and told them that I needed them to do it ASAP because the other Walgreens where I was closed earlier than theirs and told them the time too and I call to see if it had been transferred yet and they said no so they tried to call the Walgreens in Laurinburg and they even called twice and said they were on hold so long and could not get through. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the staff then you need to hire some or either close. The other Walgreens that I was trying to get this transferred too which is on Kentucky was fabulous very friendly and excellent customer service they tried to help me as much as they possibly could but because of stupid, sorry Walgreens in Laurinburg they couldn't. Someone please go help Laurinburg Walgreens manager their busy the one that is Rite-aid. If I could have not given a star I wouldn't have but it wouldn't let me, that's the only reason they got a 1.

Horrible! Just horrible. They answer the phone like they don't want to be bothered and then the wait time in drive thru is ridiculous! I was told to wait two hours for my medicine. Went through the drive thru and waited another 40 mins. I had an asthma attack waiting to pick up my asthma pump smh. Then they got my medicine mixed up with my son's medicine. I'm transferring our medicines over to Wal-Mart. Longest I waited there is 30 minutes on a busy day and I didn't almost die waiting for my medicine.

How much do we miss Rite Aid? The Walgreens takeover has been anything but smooth. The staff here is still friendly but the wait for RXs is intolerable. 35 minutes in line? At least the lady that was running the register apologized for the wait. Time to start looking for another pharmacy...

Very slow and poor customer service. I got to the drive thru today at 5:45, of course they take longer than 15 minutes to service the 2 cars in front of me, then, when it's my turn, tell me the pharmacy closes at 6 and refuse to give me my wife's prescription. Another sleepless night without restless leg medicine. SMH
