Everything was perfect til I went to take a bath. There was mold and sludge around the drain stopper and fixture it know this is cleanable because it came off with my finger nail.Rooms: Bed was good and the set up was very nice...swankyWalkability: Close to eats and shopping

There is no quality at the Quality Inn. Rooms smell musty like mold amd cigarettes, furniture is broken & falling apart, burn holes in everything (furniture, blankets, carpet, ceiling), bathrooms have mold and are gross, ceiling flacking ect. I will say the assistant manager was extremely nice and moved us to a new room that was slightly better. But I won't stay here ever again. Time for renovations Quality Inn!!

Every day we were there one or both of our keycards had to be reprogrammed. WiFi did not work - would only connect for a minute or two at a time, then demanded we sign back in so no gaming, no streaming service and my work computer did not hook up. Fixtures were old but the room was clean and comfy. Staff mostly polite, although they were short-handed.Safety: Our family had several rooms and in addition to being repeatedly locked out, all of the peepholes in the doors were cracked and broken making it impossible to see who was knocking on your door. The tubs did not have any kind of slip prevention so that my wife was actually afraid to take a shower the whole time we were there.

Last night sept/23/2023 we got a king room that had no towels. Food smashed in ac. Cigarette burns everywhere and bed bugs ..we had room 218 and even the door was busted ..smoke detected screaming every 45 seconds we literally had to leave in the middle of the night and did not get a apology or any offer of compensation.

Do not stay at this hotel!! My husband works on the road and put his workers here!! Over $450. Stolen in cash out of room and a debit card . Over 500$ in charges to temu and other online places on that card!! Cops were called hotel manger stated housekeeper has been with them 3years and this has never happen. Little did they know that the officer told my husband they r there all time for stuff like this!! Pretty sorry of the hotel manager to allow their customers that work hard for their money to get ripped off like this then lie about. Do not stay at this hotel!!

Worse service every. They lied to us three times on the phone. I got proof for that. They lie to people. They even make u pay even though you pay with choice points. I was over heating when I got there. They said if I want water I have to pay for it. No bathroom to use either. When I get done with this place. This place will be closed for good. Until they find the right person to take over it.

The house keeper tried getting drxgs from us cause we checked out at 12 instead of 11 even though we made it clear that’s what we wanted upon making the reservation.

Has gone downhill over the years. I've stayed here before in the past with no problem while visiting Laurinburg, but this will be the last time. The room smelled moldy, the sheets were dirty, and there were wadded up foil candy wrappers laying around on the floor. The mattress was hard and lumpy. The breakfast offerings were substandard, and their coffee is the worst I have ever had in my life. The owner is obviously too cheap to upgrade the place or fix it properly. Stay away!

Beyond grossed out! I was honestly shocked at how nasty the place was. Even though we got a pet friendly room it was so filthy. Carpet was all stained, sheets were old and worn out, hair in the shower, bathroom reeked of urine, found a bag of cookies behind the nightstand when I went to turn on the light, and the room had a horrible odor. Not to mention the stairwells and hallways are really dirty. I was afraid to even use the towels and to sleep in the bed. The lobby in the morning was like a sauna, they could at least put the AC on. Also forget about the breakfast there’s nothing really there. I have stayed at quality inns before and this the worst one. Can’t imagine what the room would look like under a black light. Find another hotel to stay at because this one is just DISGUSTING?

First, we will start with check-in. My fiance tried to check us in while I was still at work, at 3pm, they would not let him. Even though I would have called to verify and have him provide the card i used to book. So he had to wait in the car until i got off work at 7 pm. Secondly, when I arrived to check in, I was informed we had been moved to a handicap room due to unforseen circumstances. When we got in the room, it was very musty smelling. We turned on the air, and it seemed to disapate for the most part. The bathroom walls had water run stains where it looked like water had leaked from upstairs. (Pictures provided) The toilet seat was worn, and even though though there was a cabinet in the room with a mini fridge and microwave the coffee pot was in the sink in the bathroom next to the shower. My fiance said you could pee, wash your but and make coffee at the same time. The worst part is this is a room for handicap people. i feel like their rooms should be nicer. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the comforter had holes in it. Breakfast was ok but minimal.
