“We typically love doing business with MVP, and we're big on supporting local business owners over Walmart and Walgreens. That being said, we rode by MVP on our way to the doctor's around 1 pm on 08/08/24, taking note that it was open because we knew we'd need a prescription filled. Yes, Hurricane Debby was making its way thru, but the worst of it was behind us. There was no indication that MVP would close early, but when we returned right before 4pm - closed. We had to have the script re-routed to Walmart, which was open until 7pm. We couldn't take a chance that MVP would choose to stay closed on 08/09/24 and needed the antibiotic to fight an infection related to surgical recovery.
Now, we're struggling with changing our primary pharmacy from MVP to a reliable provider, which would be Walmart or Walgreens. How can you improve on conducting business like this? Closing early and leaving customers in a pickle? I certainly understand getting your employees on their way when storms are a threat, but all weather reports were that the high winds had ceased and rising waters were receding. I feel like it's equally important for small business owners to understand the importance of remaining competitive and reliable.”
“Recently changed to Community Drug due to my locally owned small business pharmacy closing. I was very sad about this as I had been with them for years (since when my parents handled my prescriptions) but Community Drug has made the transition a painless and easy one. With 5 kids to move files over for as well as myself, it took no time and I've already had prescriptions filled for a few of us and it was fast & easy, no problems or confusion. Everybody I've talked to so far and worked with there has already made me feel welcomed and been very helpful.”

The Lady at the counter was super nice and said she would put a rush on my prescription without me even asking. My prescription was ready in 10 minutes. Which was great because my pain was really starting to kick in.”

I may have been the second person in line and the person in front of me had to wait a little while before he was called. After he got his shot it may have only been 5 minutes before they had given me my shot. The lady that was giving the shots was very professional and nice to meet. Once you got on the Walgreens app on the Covid schedule there was a button with the time for every 15 minutes. Fill out and print the forms to take to the pharmacy. I looked at the Covid shot schedule site Sunday morning and had a choice of about every time in the afternoon. It was almost like walk in to get the booster shot.”
“I love love this Walgreens they are so nice and they will bend over backwards to help you out really makes it a joy to go in there and do your shopping even if some of the stuff is a few cents more than Walmart I'd rather have nice smile on people”

“Great pharmacy!! Runs smoothly. The pharmacists are super helpful and will come down and out from behind their workspace to talk to you!! It has a drive-thru window, and prescriptions are filled pretty quickly there! There's also a mobile app through which customers can message the pharmacy, ask questions, request refills, and view past and present medications and so forth. It also delivers, should you need that service. They were fantastic when I was caring for my elderly mother! They're quite thorough and attentive.”
