Great pharmacy!! Runs smoothly. The pharmacists are super helpful and will come down and out from behind their workspace to talk to you!! It has a drive-thru window, and prescriptions are filled pretty quickly there! There's also a mobile app through which customers can message the pharmacy, ask questions, request refills, and view past and present medications and so forth. It also delivers, should you need that service. They were fantastic when I was caring for my elderly mother! They're quite thorough and attentive.

I was trying to find a new pharmacy to tansfer my medicine to because the one i go to has a hard time getting alot of my medicine, but when i ask if he had trouble get my narcotic medicine like the doctor said ask he got very rude

I've never had a problem with them before until they just allowed someone to take my medicine I didn't give authorization on and now I gotta get the police involved

Not customer friendly at all.Very rude attitudes and when problems arise they become defensive and argumentative before the customer even has a chance to explain the circumstances. I try to shop local and support local businesses but when I fell like I am not appreciated or respected its hard to continue to do business with them.

I could go to a chain pharmacy but you miss so much. Going here is personal. They take time to answer questions. There is an app you can download for your refills and you also can talk with the pharmacist. He gets right back to you. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. If you tired of feeling like a number at your chain pharmacy this is the place to switch to..!!

I switched to Health Innovations because of Rude staff and stuck up help at the BOX Pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist here are VERY helpful and nice, and polite , answer question and assist with everything in anyway they can. It’s nice to deal with people who smile , Thanks for All you do
