Jacque O'Neal was our realtor who helped us sell our home from the day we decided to put it on the market to the closing. She was experienced, smart, kind and so knowledgeable. Jacque made sure other realtors knew about our house as she held two realtor open houses. Whenever we had a question, Jacque knew the answer. Her communication skills are excellent. She was also calming as we waited for an offer. Once the offer was made, Jacque represented us beautifully. We recommend Jacque O'Neal and Hasty Realty very highly!

I've known Debbie Evans at Hasty Realty practically all of my life. I've always known that when I was ready to come home to Laurinburg, I would call Debbie to help us find a home. She did that and more. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help us in every way, AND did it with a bum knee! So, those in her office are to be commended as well. providing her copies and information when she needed it. Thanks to Debbie, and to everyone at Hasty Realty..... I'm coming home!

Molly Weaver and Shari Hudson--you know about a civil rights crime committed against an African American couple that came to both of you for help. You know about the involvement of Debra Parsons, Christiana Snead, and William Mecklenburg who set the the motion for control. You know about the racism, discrimination, and disrespect the Terry's endured. Robert is a veteran of the United States military, and the two of you helped destroy his dream of home ownership. His pre-approvals was earned not given; and you have no legal right to help destroy it! Jezebel uses her weapons of control to destroy life bearing things for good people; but Jehu is coming! We don't care what network is in place to "try" and help you (and the others) evade! You will be answering for your involvement!

Molly Weaver shepherded through a very long process to close the sale of our home put off for months by a very slow VA process. She arranged for the buyer to possess before closing - a sometimes risky proposition - where the buyer essentially rented from us until the loan went through.She was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and kept us informed all the way through. If I was in the Laurinburg market again I would not hesitate to use her services again.

A few years ago, it became necessary for our family to quickly transition some rental properties to a property management company due to the health concerns of a family member. From our initial contact, Guy McCook made a favorable impression and even offered to meet with our family member in person. He, in fact, even traveled out of town to do so. After further family discussions, we confidently decided to hire Hasty Realty as our property manager.Following the passing of our family member, my sister and I decided to list the properties for sale. Due to Guy’s involvement with managing the properties, we chose him as our broker. Our decision could not have been better. Guy’s experience and knowledge of the market proved to be invaluable. Sandy Skamperle helped me when I purchased a rental property in 2017 and helped me sell in 2020. She has been awesome to work with both times.
