Heard mix reviews about this place. Went in to check out prices for some standard services. Reasonably priced and my car is still in one piece.The only thing I really wish was that they were able to implement a scheduling of service while still taking in walk in customers. I will be back for sure, but when? Idk. Because I can’t schedule it. I can not be with out my car and I don’t wanna have to sit there for hours. Please, implement a scheduling service option.

Ran over a nail on my way to Charlotte to catch a flight. Stopped by this shop in an urgent emergency and the old lady secretary was very rude and nasty wouldn’t help and had an ugly look on her face as if she was disgusted. Would not recommend this place to anyone. One of the mechanics was nice and looked at it anyway after she reminded him not to work on it cause they were closing.

Talked earlier in the day about a mower tire change over phone.I brought tire in around 2:15. She asked me could I come get it tomorrow.I stated my company requires a disinfect time of three days due to biosecurity before items go back inside farm.I have seen numerous people come after me and leave before me.I have now been waiting for 2 1/2 hours.Reminder it's just a simple mower tire the front small one.This place does not deserve one star.

While traveling my tire pressure light came on. They were able to check it out and fix immediately. Everyone was super nice and polite.

2008 gmc 1500 sierra motor starter replacement $567.00 ac delco starters sell for $135 at Rocket Auto or local guess what they only give you a 12000 mile or 12 month warranty an refuse to give you a parts invoice there taking advantage of working people BBB would like this one

This is a great place to take care of your vehicle. They are very professional, courteous, quick and polite. They let you know what to expect before doing any work. They are also very knowledgeable. They definitely deserve a 10-star rating!!!! ??‼️

I went to Haneys tire for a rotate and balance paid for the service and went home. The next week I noticed a tire I had a slow leak in was in the exact same location took my vehicle back and the manager said she made a mistake on ticke and only put a balance. They offered to rotate but I would have a long wait so I requested my money back. I had waited 4 hours for the 1st rotate and balance I didn't receive. Her reply was everyone makes mistakes no apology will not be taking my vehicle there again. My time is money just like Haney tires. WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEEK TO THE OWNER THEY REFUSED TO GIVE CONTACT INFORMATION. THEY DON'T WANT TO HERE MY COMPLAINT.

Took my car in for a brake check because it has recently starting shaking/shimmy when stopping. I was told that my calipers were rusted, my rotors were warped and I need brakes front and back with a quote of $1430. I decided to call the Nissan Dealership and get an estimate to which I was quoted a considerable cheaper rate. I took my car to Nissan and they just called me and stated my brakes, rotors and calipers were fine. Instead there was an issue where a caliper pin was seized. They fixed, drove my car and its not shaking anymore. Total cost $100. Need I say more??!!!!

I had a 7:30 appointment and notice that people came in after me had got their car fixed. Here it go 9:30 so I asked what’s going on with my car. Come to find out they haven’t touch my car. Lack of communication and just have you sitting there ( Alignment and new tires.)

My service was great though I did not like the outcome. The serviceman was honest and gently straight forward. That meant a lot to me. Women are always skeptical about being taken advantage of in a man's world. Not Haney! Everything was explained and shown so I could understand. Thanks Haney. You're my go to as long as everyone are as good as the whole staff today.

Traveling from Wilmington to Charlotte I got flat tire. Haney’s was the closet tire shop. They were friendly, helped me promptly, patched my tire and had me on my way in hour! Thank you!!!!
