On my way back to Charlotte from Myrtle Beach, I got a flat tire, thankfully only 5 miles from Haney’s. I went into the shop requesting a new tire, and Sally helped me. She didn’t just take my word for a new tire, but advised that if it were able to be patched, they would do that at a significantly lower price than just purchasing a new tire. My tire was able to be patched, saving me over $100 from what I initially requested. This demonstration of integrity is so admirable, in an industry often acknowledged as wanting to “get over” on the consumer. I would highly recommend Haney’s, and especially Sally!!

I was able to find a replacement tire at a reasonable cost and get it mounted and balanced quickly and pretty reasonably priced. The folks I talked to at the location where friendly and very helpful they saved me a ton of money and a lot of effort

I have a large truck that needs a front end alignment. I made an appt and waited a week to get my truck in. I get there and they tell me the lift they need for my truck is being used. But they can do Fri instead!! I drove over an hour each day and missed work.
I tried to tell the man when making the appt that it was a large unit. He assured me they could accommodate me. Very disapointing. I'm from out of town and now have to wait for another business to work me in and go an hour in the the other direction to help me.

I ordered the wrong size tire and the staff at Haney's helped find rims that fixed the issue and my truck looks and rides amazingly!

Heard mix reviews about this place. Went in to check out prices for some standard services. Reasonably priced and my car is still in one piece.The only thing I really wish was that they were able to implement a scheduling of service while still taking in walk in customers. I will be back for sure, but when? Idk. Because I can’t schedule it. I can not be with out my car and I don’t wanna have to sit there for hours. Please, implement a scheduling service option.
