I was on my way to Myrtle Beach and a light came on for my battery charge system. I stopped at this auto zone as it was the closest. I needed to get an alternator changed. Kanye and Tyrone were very helpful and was able to get me the correct part and went out of his way to set me up with a shop that would install the alternator and get me on the road in time for my trip. The best experience I have ever had at any Auto Zone establishment.

They lie to you by telling you they have a part when you call them on the phone, then when you get there, they dont even have anything close to the part you asked about. They even gave me a price over the phone.

I’ve always loved Autozone. Their rewards program is a huge factor. Usually have knowledgeable people working there. Very few times in 20 something years have I had a bad experience here.

Went in to purchase a fast treatment because if the frigid weather conditions we were going to get. A nice guy waited on me and after I purchased my gas additive he was kind enough to out it in my gas tank for me. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Auto Zone.
